Each tenderer in its name should have Executed and satisfactorily completed in urban conditions, Project Management Consultancy for at least one similar work such as Improvements of Roads and Drains for any govt body which the total Value of Construction project is not less than Rs.1500.00 Lakhs during last 5 financial year i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25. In support of this, the Tenderer shall furnish a Certificate duly certified by the Competent Authority of Rank not below the Executive Engineer along with the Technical Bid.

The Consultancy Firm / Company must have experience in the field of engineering consultancy for last 5 years providing, project management and advisory services for State Government and their undertaking agencies. In support of this, the Consultant shall furnish firm registration, Tax Registration Certificate along with the Technical Proposal

Task Assignment, Manning Schedule, Methodology and Work Plan for Performing the Assignment

Setting up of Local Office in Bangalore, Equipment and Software proposed to be used & Suitability of transfers of knowledge

GST Certificate

Consultant should have an own NABL(National Accreditation Board of testing and Calibration Laboratory).

Qualification and Relevant Experience of the Key Professional Staff for the Assignment.

Achieved at least in two Financial Year a minimum Average Financial Turnover (in all classes of Civil Engineering Consultation Works only) of Rs. 50.30 lakhs during last 5 financial year i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25. In support of this, the Tenderer shall furnish the Turnover Certificate from Chartered Accountant along with the Technical Proposal
