Providing Services of Experts/Consultants in Revenue and Survey Matters

The Bidders shall necessarily possess following documents at the time of uploading the tender and should upload the same in the e-procurement portal. i. Certification of Incorporation under Shops and Commercial Establishment Act 1961 issued by Department of Labour. ii. Provident Fund Registration Certificate issued by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner. iii. GST Registration Certificate. iv. Certificate of Registration under Professional Tax Act. v. Copy of the PAN Card of the Bidders/ Proprietors. vi. Documents for having paid the Labour Welfare Fund for at least 50 employees to Labour Department during last three years i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 put together. vii. The Bidder should have a minimum of 3 years experience in Man Power Supply i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. The copies of work order and satisfactory performance certificate towards services provided to State or Central Government Undertakings/ Departments/Corporations/ Boards for 3 years i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 shall be submitted.

The Bidder must have minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 50.00 lakh during any of the three years out of last five years (i.e. for 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24) from providing Man power supply Services. They need to either upload the CA certificate in the format prescribed shall be uploaded in the Karnataka Public Procurement Portal or should submit the Audited Statement of Accounts i.e. Profit/Loss Statements, Balance Sheets for three years out of last five years i.e. for 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24)
