Demolishing of cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, trenches or drains, pits upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, chieselling soft / hard rock including getting out the excavated soil, dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms and returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and then disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and then disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all lead and lifts including restoration of unmettalled surfaces to its original condition complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Extra Allowance for formwork in concrete lining in:

Bed complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

In sides complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering for all work up to plinth level complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete in :

All work up to plinth level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering & reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand) including entire carriage of materials upto all leads, lifts and heights complete in all respect as per direction & entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete lining 15 cm thick or less for irrigation channels, using cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement2 sand :4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in:

Bed complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Side slopes complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mild steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing CI Sluice Valve of following dia & class of Leader / Kartar / Kirloskar make with MS Flange of Table 5 as per IS 6392-1971 & welding of MS Flanges in two layers on both faces complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, jointing, commissioning & testing in trenches HDPE pipes (coil /straight as per approval of Project Manager) of following diameters & classes as per IS 4984 (1995) and jointing the pipes with push type compression joints by hydraulically operated machines, butt fussion welding & electro fusion welding machines i/c necessary fittings, bends, tees, unions, flanges, collars & reducers etc. confirming to IS 8360 & IS 8008 with latest ammendments & shall be provided as per site conditions. Flanging of the pipes shall be made as & where required. Jointing shall be confirming to IS code 8008 & IS 7634, stub ends will be welded on pipes & MS flange shall be provided with slip on covered by epoxy coating/plastic powder. The flange should be confirm to ANSI B 16.5 with necessary nuts & bolts. All manufacturing maerial used shall be in accordance to IS 4427-2007 (latest revision) with 100 % virigin pre-compounded or natural PE resin. Jointing shall be complete in all respects i/c testing at site upto entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, jointing with flanging, commissioning and testing in trenches (to level or grade) GMS tubes confirming to IS : 1239: 2004 of 100 mm dia, medium class with all necessary fittings conforming to IS specification capable to withstand the required hydraulic test pressure as per IS code in random length of 6.00 mtrs. including flushing , cleaning and hydraulic testing of pipe complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate paint of approved brand with priming coat & manufacturer on steel galvanized iron/ steel works complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared on steel work and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Writing new letters and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel black or any other approved colour to give an even shade as per drawings and technical specifications clause 1701 in English and roman, hyphen, commas and the like not to be measured and paid complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of 75 mm hydrant with main or submain line including HDPE Riser 75 mm double threaded PN-6.0, 75 mm PP ball valve, bend, male female coupler threaded PN-6.0, service saddle PN-6.0 and elbow bend with steel clamp complete in all respect and jointing by butt fusion process (as per requirement of main & sub main line) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
