Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc incl raking out joints, hacking for key screbbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc all as directed but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in any position and any thickness (below or above ground level) all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings any thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan n. exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling random bubble, uncoursed well bounded bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or cement concrete surfaces including finishing to surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or cement concrete surfaces on stone masonary surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing including finishing to surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra stone walling for hammer dressing in faces stones of random rubble walling uncoursed for granite or trap stone complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair faces (finished) drain of channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitered/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) and set in cement mortar (1:6) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes/drain cover) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hookings for cols, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (anealed) not less than 0.9mm dia. complete all as specified.

M&L 75mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors finished even and fair over well rammed/compacted earth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick (with grey cement and pigments) set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including screed bed 15mm thick complete in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stop, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square cm in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less and finishing the surface with brooming, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces plastered or unplastered new or previously untreated plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces (over CGI/PGI roof Sheet) of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth, applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Schedule of credit Rs. 55,148.00 will be deducted from total amount quoted while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
