Sch 'A' PART-II (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) Notes: (i) This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under column 5 signifies this fact only.

SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT Designing hydraulically, supply & installation, hydraulic testing, commisioing and giving satisfactory trials of STP based on MBBR technology of capacity 100 Cum/Day with Primary, Secondary and Teriary treatment by system complete all as specified and comprising of following:- (a) Oil grease removal trap - 01 No. (b) Aeration grid in Equalization Chamber - 01 No. (c) Raw sewage transfer pumps ( 1 Working + 1 standby) - 02 Nos. (d) Moving bed bio reactor including bio reactor media, Air grid, Air blower and Reactor tank. (e) Twin lobe Rotary air Blowers - 02 Nos. (f) Aeration grid for MBBR tank : 1 Lot (g) Tube setler / lamella Settler - 01 No. (h) Recirculation Pump - 02 Nos ( 1 Working + 1 Standby). (j) Sodium Hypochlorite dosing system (Tank & pump) - 01 No. (k) Filter Feed Pump - 02 Nos. (l) FMR feed pump - 04 Nos ( 2 Working + 2 Standby). (m) Multigrade sand filter - 01 No. (n) Activated Carbon Filter - 01 No. (o) Centrifuge for sludge cake making - 01 No. (p) Centrifuge feed pump - 02 Nos. (q) Centrifuge Basket type. (r) Bar screen with suitable lifting arrangement

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 3.00 (SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT):- The quoted rates for STP shall also include the following :- (i) The contractor will submit the complete scheme of OEM to obtain the approval of the Accpeting officer before acceptance of the tender. Design will be got approved from Accpecting officer. (ii)Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of common control panel and suitable size cabling and earthing for all E/M equipments in the STP only. (iii) Interconnecting pipe work including Valves / NRV/Air release valve/pressure gauge isolation etc within battery limit 1 Lot include all items required for smooth functioning of STP. (iv) Contractor will submit complete Design / Model of package type STP plant based on MBBR technology for approval of Accepting Officer. (v) Suitable size & guage of aluminium ladder shall be provided for equalization and clarified water tank for inspection the tank. (vi) Suitable prefabricated shed of MS pipe work (size as required) with fibre sheet shall be provided by the contractor for protection againt rain/weather for panels, pumps, blower or other electrical and mechnical items. The quoted rate shall be deemed included this provision.

Phase-II (24 Months) Operation and maintenance of sewage treatment plant by deploying 01 x Operator for 01 Shift (each shift of 08 hours) per day including cost of topping up MBBR media, cost of repair rectification of defects, cost of spare parts, cost of glass wares, cost of consumable (hypochlorite and other chemicals, lubricant oil, glands etc) as required except electricity required for operation purpose complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The operator shall be qualified & experinced not less than two years in the same field. (ii) The log sheet must be maintained by the contractor for operation and test register for testing of treated and raw effluent on monthly basis all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge including provision of required printed log sheet as directed. Quoted rate shall deemed to be included for the same.
