Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick Work with common burnt clay ( non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in: Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finshed even and smooth. (1) 1 cement : 6 coarse sand

Providing and applying of white cement base putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Finishing wall with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on new work with three coats applied @ 1.43Ltr/10sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 0.90Lit/10sqm.
