Material and labour for repairs to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each, including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, including making good by applying tack coat with paving bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per Sqm putting semidense asphalt concrete using 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, well rammed and sealed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exceeding 30 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces area not exceeding 400 Sqm and exceeding 50 mm deep but not exceeding 100 mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing scarified material (rocks/ gravels) to a distance exceeding 250 Metre but not exceeding 500 Metres from site and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for preparing black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and dust etc and applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 grade @ 05 Kg/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and dust etc and applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 grade @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm compelte all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam laid/ rolled and compacted by using 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness not exceeding 75 mm or less) using paving bitumen grade VG-30 Grade @ by weight of total mix complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated/ compacted thickness using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 5.5% (paving bitumen VG-30 Grade) binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted using 8 to 12 Tonne power road roller to required camber and gredient complete all as specified and as directed Note :- The work shall be executed using Hot mix plant and mechanical paver.

Material and labour for moorum in road side berms, spread thickness 100 mm spread consolidating as required and rolled with power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing thermoplastic hot applying paint of approved make for road marking of 2.5 mm thick approved shade and shape as centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc directed with automated machine adhering to standards of 100 mm wide line complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs for solar cat eye of diamond size 125 mm x 125 mm x 8 mm, anti twisted ribs on the bottom all as approved. Complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Dark Eye, 3M, Cat Eye.
