Comprehensive maintenance contract of VRF air-conditioning system installed at Tax tower,Karamana with 4 no 16 HP & 1 no 20 HP capacity 3 phase Compressor outdoor units, 10 no ductable indoor units and 23 nos. wall mounting indoor units etc including repair/replacing of all items such as Compressor,fan motor, PCB, Magnetic switch, Transformer, Electronic expansion valve, Gas charging etc.
The following items are not included in the AMC. Front Grills, Plastic cover,Air Filter,Sheet metal parts, Remot hand set, Circuit breaker and Thermocol parts.
The following works are to be done during the SIX routine services which includes cleaning all parts of the system,lubricate necessary parts of the moving systems,check the condition of all parts of the system and rectify defects if any , check the condition of indoor and out door units etc .Attending break down complaints immediately on report.
The entire system shall be systematically examined and put to proper condition at all times during the period of contract.
