Engaging Back hoe loader (JCB/CAT) or equivalent for site clearance, levelling the heaped earth/ wastes/ concrete debris removal of plants / tress, old building waste & all other waste materials, dosing & levelling of heaped earth near Trenches & Silos, shifting, making earthen pits, and disposing them etc Details as per Sl No 2 in BOQ

Engaging tipper lorries of capacity 90cu.ft approx. for shifting / transporting the earth / waste /debris from one location to other location as directed by Engineer-in-charge Details as per sl No 3 in BOQ

Cutting of trees, plants & vegetation on masonry structures/buildings inside Guest House premises disposing all waste material in disposal yard etc., all as directed by Engineer-in-charge Details as per sl No 4 in BOQ

Labour charges for cleaning of dry leaves & other waste / sweeping of pathways /roads with necessary tools surroundings of guest house, colony & factory premises as & when required disposing of waste into designated area as directed by EIC Details as per sl No 5 in BOQ

Supply & Painting the kerb stone with two coats of enamel paint after necessary cleaning the surface thoroughly using scrappers/wire brush, cotton waste etc. for carrying out the complete work Details as per sl No 6 in BOQ
