Sweeping and cleaning of the Power House Building and other Buildings at BTPS Plant Site (Gr.-B)

Supply of unskilled labourers (LISTED) 31 heads for thorough cleaning & sweeping at various locations of Unit No. 5 and other areas at BTPS, (Category-A) including cost of supply or hire charges of tools & tackles for workers. Manday means physical attendance and CL, if any and Holiday. Note: In case of enjoying CL & Listed Holiday (CL-Maximum 14 days/head/year and Holiday-Maximum 14 days per head/ year), this rate will be reduced by Rs. 76. 47 per day per worker.

Provision of O. T. for workers i. r. o. workers Category A. (Rate has been provided per hour for one labourer).

Cost of listed Holiday including PF & Bonus (Max. 03 days/head) (Category A). (engaging of labourers on H/day(s) is depended on the requirement of the service which is to be decided by the EIC on need basis).

House rent allowance for 31 Nos. Listed Labourers, this allowance @ 20% of basic shall be paid to those labourers for full month subject to performing minimum 06 days works within particular labourer (payment will be made accordingly), (Rate has been provided for one labour per month) i. r. o. Category A.

Welfare allowance for 36 Nos. Listed Labourers, the allowance @ 400/- per month shall be paid to those labourers subject to minimum 06(six) days work per month by a labourer, rate has been provided for 01 (one) labourer per month. For workers i. r. o. Category A to F.

Non-listed Labourers, this allowance @ 19% of basic shall be paid to those labourers for full month subject to performing minimum 06 days works within particular labourer (payment will be made accordingly, rate has been provided for one labour per month) i. r. o. workers Category G.

Statutory component for 05 Nos. Non-listed labourers i. r. o. of Category G. (ESI, PF, BONUS).

Provision of E. L. (Non-listed) i. r. o. (Category G).

Supply 02 Nos. Female Labourers, Category H (No-category) for sweeping & cleaning of ladies toilets at GM Building, Mezzanine floor, operation floor of 5th unit Power house building, ECR, Occupation Health Centre, Store, DGM Bldg., Training Centre (as & when will be operative) and other ladies toilets under BTPS Plant -twice a day including cost of supply or hire charges of tools & tackles for workers. (Certification from regular female executive of BTPS is required regarding satisfactory cleaning on the basis of which mandays will be certified by User Dept. - The agency will maintain a Register/ Exercise Book at his cost for certification regarding regular job execution)

Statutory component (ESI, PF & Bonus) for 02 No. workers (Category H)

Supply of 01 Unskilled worker (No-Category) for sweeping & cleaning of different locations of Unit # 5 and other areas at BTPS (Category J) including cost of supply or hire charges of tools & tackles for workers. Man-day means physical attendance.

Statutory component (ESI, PF & Bonus) for 01 no. No-category worker (Category J).

Annual cost of PPE on reimbursement basis at actual for 36 Nos. Listed labourers. For each labourer: (a) Soap:06 nos per month, (b) Duster: 04 nos. per year, (c)Nose guard: 02 nos. per month (d) Hand Gloves: 01 pair per Month (Category A to F).

Annual cost of PPE on reimbursement basis at actual for 05 nos. Non-listed workers. For each labourer: (a) Nose Guard 02 nos. per month (b) Hand gloves 01 pair per month(Category G).

Annual cost of PPE on reimbursement basis at actual for 03 nos. workers (Category H & J). For each labourers (a Nose guard 02 nos. per month (b) Hand gloves 01 pair per month.
