Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. Including removal of debris out side MD land etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description as in coping over compound wall Including removal of debris out side MD land etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, apex stones, bed plates etc over existing compound wall for fixing angle iron including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work as in posts, struts in fencing over existing compound wall including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ,all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of strandard rails, straining bolts, inlcuding securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs concertina coil of 1050mm diameter made out of core wire 2.5mm dia spring steel wire 275gm/m2 (minimum) dipped with corrosion preventive fluid (rusilo 901) of Castrol make in white colour each coil having a minimum 56 loops per coil/bundle with an average weight not less than 15.2 Kg (Plus or minus 5%)razor length minimum 22mm and tear blade thickness min 0.5mm including handle spikes at both ends of coil erected in position on top of compound wall ( stretchable length of each coil 7m) complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for providing PCC solid blocks exc. 10cm in width , type B1 1:2:4, using 20mm graded aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down cement plastering any description on brick on stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc ,removal of debris out side MD land etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer completed all as specified and directed .

M/L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and treating the surface with two coats of black bituminous paint over the priming coat of red oxide to steel surface complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed Note:- Contractor shall arrange safety features such as barriers/barricades etc when working on the exterior (outer) of compound wall portions without any extra cost
