Shift duty - Mahindra Marazzo or Equivalent - 2 Nos. (TWO VEHICLES)

Schedule I: Monthly lump sum hire charges for providing 2 Nos. Multi-Utility Vehicle A/C Mahindra marazzo or equivalent with Taxi (not older than 2021 Model), including all costs related to operation and maintenance of the 24 hrs. duty (3 Shifts) vehicles for monthly average run of 5400 km per month per vehicle (ie 10800 Km per month for both vehicles) which includes maintaining the vehicle at all times in good, clean and perfect condition, including payment of all taxes, insurance premium etc., obtaining fitness certificate, road permits, providing fuel, lubricants, tyres, other oils etc., required for smooth & efficient running the vehicle (including fuel cost), providing wages ,uniforms, mobile phones to drivers, stay arrangement, service charges, reliever charges, administrative charges of contractor, minimum wages as declared by the Government for deploying required manpower/driver, statutory requirements, etc., required for smooth operation of the vehicles under the contract. Note: Vendor to quote hire charges rate per month for two vehicles against this item in Column M.

Outstation halt charges for night stay outstation outside reporting area

Charges for Fuel escalation /De-escalation for 2 Vehicles (Shall be paid / deducted at the end of every year-Ref SCC for detailed Explanation );Quantity considering average run of 10800 km per month(2 Nos vehicle) for 24 months. The rates prevailing at the 1st day of each month shall be considered for the concerned month for the purpose of calculating adjustments if any; HSD rate considered – Rs. 79.72 per Litre; mileage of the vehicle @12.13 km/L

Extra kilometer charges beyond 10800KM per month for both the vehicles combined (Paid/Recovered after yearly reconcillation)

Schedule I: Monthly lump sum hire charges for providing 1 No. of A/C Mahindra Bolero Camper or equivalent pickup vehicle with Taxi (not older than 2021 Model), including all costs related to operation and maintenance of the 12hrs duty vehicles (but round the clock availability for deployment as per requirement to be ensured) for monthly average run of 2500 Km per month which include maintaining the vehicle at all times in good, clean and perfect condition, including payment of all taxes, insurance premium etc., obtaining fitness certificate, road permits, providing fuel, lubricants, tyres, other oils etc., required for smooth & efficient running the vehicle (including fuel cost), providing wages ,uniforms, mobile phones to drivers, stay arrangement, service charges, administrative charges of contractor, minimum wages as declared by the Government for deploying required manpower/driver, statutory requirements, etc., required for smooth operation of the vehicles under the contract. Note: Vendor to quote hire charges rate per month for one vehicle against this item in Column M.

Extra hour Charges for detention of vehicle beyond 12 hours in a day from the hour commenced/ time of reporting of vehicle for the day
