REPAIR/RENEWAL/REPLACEMENT OF RUSTED COLUMN PIPES, DISTRIBUTION PIPES, REPLACEMENT OF SLUICE VALVE, REPAIR TO VALVE PIT INCLUDING CLEANING OF OVER HEAD TANK, PUMPS, MOTORS AND STARTERS AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT MILITARY STATION JAMNAGAR

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe line in soft/loose soil and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cmin soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.

Taking down/ up old unsv ERW MS pipe line of following bore dia including all fittings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge: (a) 150 mm dia

(b) 400 mm dia

Material and labour for ERW MS black seamless pipe with 6 mm thickness, conforming to IS-1239 Part-II, grade 330 including MS flange, cuttings, welding and replacement of MS bends, nut bolts washers, rubber packings, rubber joints gasket etc as per site requirements duly painted with two coats of lead free synthetic enamel paint over red oxide paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following dia of pipe: (a) 150 mm dia

(b) 400 mm dia

Material and labour incl replacement of sluice valve cast iron body heavy duty class PN 1.6, ISI marked both end flanged with stainless steel spindle with cast iron hand wheel including jointing material like rubber insertion sheet 3 mm thick, bolt, nuts and fixed to pipe line, testing complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:- (a) 400 mm dia

(b) 200 mm dia

(c) 300 mm dia
