Description of items and specification of work to executed (Complete work)

Excavation for Foundation in all kinds of soil excluding rock including shoring, dewatering if required, proper storage of excavated earth & disposal within a lead of 1000 meters, etc.(i)0.0-1.50 m depth Including all labour charges, transportation charges, conveyance charges, t & p whatever required for the works etc. all complete as directed by site in-charge.

Compacted Earth Filling: providing, transporting and laying well compacted and consolidated with filling every 300 mm in layers and free from debris and (by property consolidating-ramming and watering to 95% proctor density test) as per drawing, specification and as directed by site in charge

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of grade M10 (1:3:6) using 40 mm aggregate below foundations and floors including cost of centering, mixing, laying, curing, as directed by site in-charge etc. complete.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of grade M20 (1:1.5:3) in footings, columns, plinth beams, roof slabs, lintels, ramps, landings, etc., including compaction, finishing, curing, excluding reinforcement and shuttering

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork for all RCC structural elements (footings, columns, beams, slabs, lintels).

Brick work with FPS bricks in cement mortar 1:6 in foundation and superstructure, in walls 230 mm thick, including scaffolding, curing, raking of joints, etc. complete.

Brick work with FPS bricks in cement mortar 1:4 in partition walls 115 mm thick including reinforcement in every third course, scaffolding, curing, etc.

Supplying, cutting, bending, binding, and placing in position HYSD steel reinforcement bars (Fe500) in RCC work, including binding wire and chairs

20 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on external walls in CM 1:6 including preparation of surface, scaffolding, curing, etc.

12 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on internal walls in CM 1:6 including preparation of surface, scaffolding, curing, etc.

6 mm thick ceiling plaster in cement mortar 1:3 including surface preparation, scaffolding, curing, and smooth finish

Providing and applying roof treatment with water-proofing compound over cleaned RCC roof surface including cleaning, priming, two coats of bitumen or chemical-based waterproofing and top finishing layer, complete as per specifications

Providing and applying two or more coats of exterior waterproof cement paint of approved shade over a coat of primer on external plastered surface including preparation of surface, scaffolding etc. complete.

Providing and applying two or more coats of interior plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade over one coat of wall primer on internal wall surfaces including preparation of surface, putty work, and scaffolding.

Providing and fixing 100 mm dia PVC rainwater pipes with standard fittings, clamps, and painting with anti-corrosive paint, including cutting and making good the walls.

Providing and laying damp proof course with 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 mixed with water-proofing compound over plinth level, excluding cost of cement, including curing.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick IPS (Indian Patent Stone) flooring using 1:2:4 mix, machine-finished, including surface hardener, curing, and excluding cost of cement.

Providing and fixing 150 mm high skirting in IPS finish to match floor including surface finishing and rounding edges, excluding cost of cement.

Providing, Supplying & Erection of WCs (European type) including all necessary equipment/ accessary required to operate the WC.

Providing, supplying, and installing European-type WCs of vitreous China, including seat cover, flushing cistern, P/S trap, and complete fixing with necessary hardware as per site situation and instruction of Site in charge.

Providing and fixing wash basin (550 mm size), white vitreous china, single tap hole, with C.P. brass pillar cock, bottle trap, waste pipe and union, complete with fixing brackets and cutting and making good the walls

Providing, Supply & erection of Wash Basin for PH washroom, including all necessary equipment and accessories

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back or wall corner urinals, with standard CP flush pipe, rubber spreader, CP brass waste coupling and brackets, including cutting and making good the walls/floor as per instructed by EIC

Providing and fixing electric hand dryer, automatic sensor type, ABS body, wall mounted, with complete wiring, bracket fixing, and connection, as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & erection of Mirrors used in wash room, Quality, Brand & Size shall be approved by EIC.

Providing and fixing SS handrails (L-shaped and horizontal) of size 38 mm dia, 18 gauge, inside PH toilet including cutting, welding, fixing with anchor fasteners, complete as per universal design guidelines.

Door 1 Providing and fixing of doors (0.9x2.1 meter) , 35 mm thick, solid core, ISI marked, including SS fittings, such as hinges, handles, tower bolt, aldrop, stopper, along with all the accessories as per the instruction of site in charge

Providing and fixing Double Leaf PH entry door of size 1.2 m X2.1m , 35 mm thick, solid core, ISI marked, including SS fittings, such as hinges, handles, tower bolt, aldrop, stopper, and provision for easy wheelchair access, with all accessories and fixtures complete in all respects or as per instructions of site in charge.

Providing and fixing of doors 1.2 m X2.1m , 35 mm thick, solid core, ISI marked, including SS fittings, such as hinges, handles, tower bolt, aldrop, stopper, along with all the accessories as per the instruction of site in charge

supply and fixing of Exhaust Fan (300 mm dia), heavy duty, metal body, single phase 900-1400rpm, along with fittings and accessories

Providing plumbing including overhead pvc water tank 1- (1000-liter cap)/ 2 -(500-liter cap.) whatever feasible including all fittings, fixtures, labor charges, transportation & conveyance charges etc. all complete as directed by site in-charge (detail sanction will be obtained before execution of item)

Providing concealed electrical connections including wiring, fittings, fixtures, CFL lights, MCBs, electrical connection charges etc. all complete as directed by site in charge. (detail sanction to be obtained before execution of work)

Dismantling dressed stone work ashlar face stone work of Side-wall and Toilet block wall manually/by mechanical means including throwing away the debris outside of monument premises.

Dismantling RCC slab of Toilet Block manually / by mechanical means including throwing away the debris outside of monument premises.
