Concrete with 4 cm. gauge stone ballast fine sand of 1.25fm and cement in proportion of 1:4:8 in foundation and under floors with ass labour for completion of work

R.C.C. works cement appoved coatsesand and 2cm (1.5") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 in Raft foundation & footing excluding supply of reingrcement and its binding , but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.I. binding wire an including necessary cantering and shuttening etc. SI no. 284a

Steel Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straigthening , cutting , bending ,placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. DSR No. 5.2.2.1

Brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in :6.32.1 Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12mm thick plaster on brick work minimum thickness not less than 10mm with cement and fine sand of fineness modulus mortar in 1:4. (SI. No. 584)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Supply of approved manfactures and fixing of 80mm thick rubber molded interlocking paver block of minimum compressive threnght kg. Per sq.m respectively made of concrete mixture 1:11/2:3 of approved make shape in all of complete work at per direction of I.R.C. in all of the work labours and materials T.N.P. etc required for proper completion of the work at site.
