Conservancy and cleaning of the premises of offices and public utility places like IB, Old ladies hostel Building, etc. by removing all accumulated sand, dust, waste materials, grass, vegetation growth, roots of dead trees, all other solid waste materials etc. including disposing off the same with a lead of 2.00 km and maintaining the areas in neat & tidy condition throughout the year including cost & conveyance of all materials, tools and plants, labour, all other incidental charges etc complete as directed by the department. (Daily Operation by deploying minimum 1 labour per day)
Conservancy and cleaning of colony Main roads, along with its berms and drains up to KVM No 1 school cross road by removing the accumulated sand dust waste materials, collected silt , debris, grass vegetation growth, roots of trees, all other solid waste materials etc and disposing off the same with a lead of 2.00km and maintaining the areas clean throughout the year including cost and conveyance of all materials tools and plants, labour, all other incidental charges etc complete as directed by the department.( Operation Twice in a week by deploying minimum 2 labours per day)
Conservancy and cleaning of all other streets/avenues, along with its berms and road side drains in the staff colony other than that shown in item No 2 above by removing the accumulated sand dust waste materials, collected silt , debris, grass vegetation growth, roots of dead trees, all other solid waste materials etc and disposing off the same with a lead of 2.00km and maintaining the areas clean throughout the year including cost and conveyance of all materials tools and plants, labour, all other incidental charges etc. complete as directed by the department.(Operation Once in a week, by deploying minimum 1 labour per day)
Conservancy of JNC hall's Premises and its interiors as required by removing the accumulated sand dust waste materials, collected silt , debris, grass vegetation growth, roots of dead trees, all other solid waste materials etc including Sweeping of Bituminous Paved area & JNC Hall Backyard, mopping of floor, Cleaning Toilets, window panes, furnitures, removing the cobwebs & maintaining the Hall in clean & tidy condition at all times and disposing the collected garbage/Food waste/solid wastes etc as directed by the department including cost of labour tools and plants and all other incidental charges etc complete .(By deploying minimum 3 labours per day (Necessary cleaning chemicals will be supplied free of cost by the department)
Digging deep pit, conveying and burring carcass of domestic animals and refilling these pits etc complete assoon as such incident occurs with a lead of 1.00km including cost of labour, tools and plants and all other incidental charges etc complete as directed by the department
Cutting of branches of trees of large/small sizes, Size Upto 30cms girth which is damaging the nearby building/structures, very carefully with damaging the building/structures compound wall, fencing electrical lines telephone lines water supply and sewer lines, T.V. cables, roof tiles etc. All the tree/branches should be cut into small pieces on the tree itself and descend the same manually by employing sufficient numbers of labours and tools and plants like ropes, axes, sickle, etc and removing the cut off materials
