CONSTRUCTION OF YOGA AND MEDITATION CENTRE FOR SENIOR CITIZEN NEAR MISSION SHAKTI GRUHA AT WARD NO-06 NIMAPARA NAC FOR 2026-27.

A) CIVIL WORKS: Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraullic excavator)/manual means overareas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) inculding disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5m with all lead andlift including shoring, shuttering & dewatering (if required) with cost of all Labour, Labourcess ,Hire & Running charges of the water pumps, T & P required for the work complete asdirected by the Engineer- in- charge.

Filling in foundation trenches and plinths with filling sand, well watered, compacted, dressed and leveled to proper gradient etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. A) TOILET, B) Upto Plinth

Filling foundation trenches and plinths with excavated materials in layers not exceeding 0.3 mtr in depth including watering and ramming and dressing and levelling etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Carraige of surplus earth by mechanical means (within 5 km). Taking 95 % of above excavted earth

Supplying , diluting and and preparing chemical emulsion like CHLORPYRIPHOS or other chemicals approved by central Insecticides Board or as directed by the manufacturer and spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as pre-constructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and around wall trenches, basement excavation, top surface of plinth filling, junction of walls and floors along with external perimeter of the building, surrounding the pipes and conduits etc. complete at the rate of 7.5 litres ( or as directed by the manufacturer) per sqm on vertical and 5.0 liters per sqm on horizontal surfaces, 50% of the emulsion to be filled in the holes made in trenches at 150mm center to center etc. complete.as per IS:6313/1981 (PART-II) and as per the direction of engineer-in-charge including all cost of materials labour, taxes etc. all complete. With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

Providing and laying of P.C.C. of 1:4:8 with 4 c.m size hard granite metal in foundation trenches, under floors in line level including curing and ramming etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. A)TOILET, B) BELOW FLOOR

R.C.C. work of M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips including hosting and laying with Centering & Shuttering etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. RCC in Portico Column Foundation. TOILET PLINTH BEAM
