Supply, installation, commissioning and testing Split type wall mounted Air Conditioner, electric driven, single phase, 230 Volts, 50 Hz of capacity 2.0 TR with high efficiency rotary type sealed compressor unit complete with PCB board and with cordless remote control unit operation system with refrigerant gas, BEE minimum 3 star rating, EER 3.2,AC supply complete including copper pipe insulation etc and above complete all as specified and directed with comprising of following .:- (a) Indoor unit with three speed blower fan of appropriate capacity including PCB, thermostatic control, air filter and drain for condensing water. (b) Out door unit comprising of Compressor with motor, air cooled copper condenser with fan and motor unit shall be installed out side the building/ on roof. (c) Refrigerant copper pipe for suction and discharge line with insulation , condensing water drain pipe & protected by suitable size of flexible PVC conduit with control valves & safety accessories including control wiring for evaporator & condensing unit with suitable size of copper cable. (d) Making good the disturbed surface to match the existing surface after plugging the hole etc. (e) PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth suitable for installation of outdoor unit or powder coated MS bracket fixed on wall as per Manufacture's instruction with necessary grouting MS hold fast, bolts, washers duly 2.0 TR AC complete all as specified and directed. (f) Electrical cable required to connect out door unit and indoor unit to voltage stablizer shall in quoted rate under this item.

Supply , installation/ fix for 5 KVA capacity Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 140 V to 300 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosures with socket plug top and MCBs having single pole and nutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of capacity 20 Amp ,"C" series, breaking capacity 10 KA, 240 V complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with Two RUNS of single core 4 Sq.mm for main wire and one run of single core 4 Sq.mm as earth wire of multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed cable conforming to IS : 694 drawn through and including concealed in PVC coduit conforming to IS : 9537 ( Part-3) and ISI marked not lass than 25 mm dia medium grade and all accessories conforming to IS specification complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Two runs of main wire, one run of earth wire and one run of conduit shall be measured as one unit

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosures for DBs when MCBs to be used single pole & neutral (SPN) double door 240 volts, 4 way with IP-43 IK-09 protection incl. 200 Amp bus bar and neutral link (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single pole (SP), 'B' Curve, 240 Volt, breaking capacity 10 KA and current carrying capacity 25 Amp in the MCB DB with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and neutral (SPN), 'B' Curve, 240 Volt, breaking capacity 10 KA and current carrying capacity 63A Amp in the MCB DB with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying , jointing & testing 1100 Volt XLPE insulated,screened ,PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electirc power cable ( heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor , 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 16 Sq mm 2.0 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of not exceeding 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed & tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered as per clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Supplying & Laying sub class "B" bricks old size with axis of the bricks perpendicular to the axis of the cable as cable protection complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L ,for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel, protected by GI pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (light grade) and PCC of chamber and coping shall in 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil and filling with black cotton soil upto ground level complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I, 2009 with 40 mm thick pre cast cover RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed tone aggregate) with 8mm dia TMT Bars @ 150mm c/c in both ways with charcoal dust and common salt complete and earth lead connected to panel including testing including taking down existing earthing complete all as specified and directed.
