Excavation in foundation and trenches in all type of soil such as pickwork jumper work Kankar, moorum, shingles including decomposed soft and hard rock etcupto all heights stacking the excavated earth not more than 3mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:4approved sand:8app.graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3approved sand:6app.graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work:-

in foundation, footings, base of columns and the like and mass concrete includiing all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Columns, pillars, posts and struts upto floor two level includiing all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5approved sand:3approved graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation and plinth including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness) attached pillasters,buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top to foundation level upto floor two level and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.including entire carriage ofmaterial upto all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish. Including centring,shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Columns, pillars, posts and struts in square, rectangular or polygonal in plan. includiing all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Vertical surface such as wall of (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillaster buttresses plinth and string courses and like and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending,binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing MS plate for V-notch 90° complete in all respect entire carriage of material with all leads and lifts.

Excavation in drains and channels etc in earth work in all kinds of soil such as Kankar Moorum , Shingles, Conglomerate saturated soil decomposed of soft rock & hard rock by blasting including dressing of sides and beds, disposing of excavated earth with in all leads and lifts, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed and then returing the stacked soil in to foundation and trenches etc including ramming and watering and consolidating the same whereever required with all leads, lifts and including jungle clearance and as per the direction of the Engineer Incharge.

Laying , jointing, testing & commissioning at site in trenches following plain ended GMS pipe of following dia of medium grade conforming to BIS 1239 (part-1) 1990 or latest with upto date amendments, capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS code in random lengths of 5.5 to 6.5 mtr. The pipes ends shall be bevelled suitable for butt weld, including the cost of jointing with butt welding conforming to IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make and all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site tail pieces, tees, bends etc. manufactured from parent pipes etc. and cutting of pipes wherever rerquired as per site requirement including carriage in all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-charge (earth work shall be measured and paid for separately).

Providing welding and fixing M.S plate flanges of following dia (nominal bore) of following flanges Table conforming to IS 6392-1971 or latest with upto date amendments to MSERW/G.I. pipe after every 90metres or as per site requirement including cutting of pipes wherever required welding in three layers (leak proof) conforming to specifications as prescribed in relevent IS code i.e IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable with upto date amendments with nuts, bolts & washers and specials etc. fonforming to IS 1963 or latest with upto date amendments including packing sheet i.e. asbestos fibre sheet minimum 3mm thick and painting with anticrossive paints complete in all respect in all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double flanged cast iron sluice valve of 150mm dia of leader/Kirlosker/Bir/Kartar make as per IS 780 class PN-1.6 and capable of with standing the normal seat pressure as per IS 5312-1884 P-1 and as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge upto all lead and lifts.
