SUPPLY OF MATERIAL PORTION

11 KV AAAC AL-59 , 70 sq mm Covered Conductor (As per EN- 50397- 1:2006) .The conductor shall be stranded, round, non compacted and water tight. Non Compacted conductor shall comply with all the requirement of EN 50397-1- 2006. The stranded conductor shall be longitudinally water blocked by means of a water blocking material.The semi conducting screen, inner insulation and outer insulation should be extruded in one step. The outer covering insulation shall be UV-stabilized, tracking resistant black XLPE.

Laying, spreading, stringing, sagging of 11 KV line of AAAC AL-59 , 70 sq mm Covered Conductor including proper sagging with binding and jumpering as per user manual and sagging comp. work done(Inclusive of cartage and head load cartage at work site).Rollers of the appropriate diameter and quantity have to to be provided for installation.The rollers shall have a smooth clean surface, no sharp edges and shall rotate easily.To prevent the covering from damage any abrasive contact with soil or stone is not permitted. Abrasive contact of the covering with branches or similar shall be avoided.Covered conductor shall be pulled by using appropriate pulling devices ensuring that the pulling force is distributed to the conductor.Recommendations given in EN-50397-3 should be followed for storage, transport and installation of covered conductor.
