Contract Details

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of pole or cable trenches etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material (Soil) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI water tubing and connections of pipe and fittings including material and labour for GI water tubing,medium grade,galvanized laid in trenches all required fittings of the following bore of sizes complete.

Taking out existing unserviceable/broken/damaged CI sluice valve from its existing position and Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of sluice valve of cast iron body, class-I, both ends flanged & drilled conforming to IS-14846 (2000), PN – 1.60 with stainless steel spindle including all accessories such as nut-bolts, washers & fibre / rubber gasket as required at site with and including taking out old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

Scrapping out old paint from motor pump of 15/20 HP capacity, coupling guard, mild steel common base frame and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colours as follows complete all as specified and directed: - (a) Motor pump - Grey colour. (b) Coupling guard and motor air grill - Red colour. (c) Common base frame - Black colour. (d) Suction line & delivery line - Blue colour (inside pump house) (e) Writing SM/MES No. - 25 mm high fonts in white colour on motor & pump.

M & L for Taking out existing unserviceable sluice valve parts from its existing position for re facing , regrinding and re fixing in position with gasket, bolts and nuts full threaded including joints complete for following sizes all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing single phase preventer suitable for 15/20 HP motors, AC 415 Volts,50 Hz complete with all electrical connections as specified and as directed Model-VSP2 Make- MINILEC or Equivalent

Scrapping out old rusted / painted surfaces from 80 mm / 50 mm bore cast iron or GI delivery / rising main / overflow / wash out pipe(s) of any water reservoir, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (of approved tint) over a coat of red oxide primer to exposed pipe surfaces including cast iron sluice valve(s) (color as directed) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Lifting of existing centrifugal Pump 9 stage, water lubricating type of capacity 15/20 HP from the pump house including disconnecting of motor, suction and discharge pipes and all accessories for repairing / overhauling of 20 HP Pump, dismantling of the motor, replacement of worn out spares, overhauling, servicing including necessary machining work viz turning, polishing and re-assembling of pump and motor on completion of repair work and re-fixing the repaired pump with pipes and all accessories including providing necessary electric connection and testing on completion all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: All spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective item as ‘Supply only’)

M&L for repairs to couplings (flanged or spider) to make the pump motor sets trouble free smooth running including replacement of nuts and bolts and rubber pieces etc complete all as directed

Repair, maintenance and servicing of solar hot water collector with tank including welding for superior leak proof joints, taking down mild steel top sheet cover and fibre glass wood and refixing the same after satisfactory repair work with and including S&F as in replacement necessary connected items like elbow, nipple, washers and the like as required for completion of job complete all as specified and directed for the folloing capacity solar water heating plants: -

M & L for lifting of existing submersible Pump motor set along with column pipes of capacity 15/20 HP from the existing bore well / pump house including disconnecting of all electrical connections and all accessories for repairing / overhauling, dismantling of the motor, replacement of worn out spares, overhauling, servicing including necessary machining work viz. turning, polishing and re-assembling of pump and motor on completion of repair work and re-fixing the repaired pump with motor and all accessories including providing necessary electric connections and testing on completion of repair work complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - All spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule as ‘Supply only’.
