Supplying and filling the earth cut and conveyed from available sources in trenches, plinth sides of foundation etc in layers not exceeding 20cms in depth including all cost and labour for placing , leveling watering, consolidating etc as per direction

Providing superstructure using 1st class country made cement concrete solid blocks of traditional size 30x15x20cms which shall be manufactured by using concrete at the proportion of 28% sand 28% 6mm aggregate and 44% 12mm aggregate with aggregate cement ratio of 1:8 and having not less than 16 to 18kg weight per block, and bonding the block with C.M. 1:8 including cost and conveyances of all materials hire and labour for providing scaffolding soaking the blocks before use curing etc as per specification

Supplying providing structural steel work reverted bolted or welded in all built up sections for steel trusses including all cost and labour for cutting, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position and applying priming coat of approved steel primer, etc as per standard specification

Supplying and providing 40x5mm flat iron hold fast 40cms long including cost and labour for fixing to frame with 10m dia bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cms 1:3:6 mix (1 cement, 3 course sand -6 grouted stone aggregate – 20mm nominal size etc., complete

Providing and fixing M.S grills (guard bars) of required pattern in frames of windows and ventilators with M.S flats, square or round bars of approved size and specification etc including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete

Supplying and providing factory made PVC door frame made of PVC extruded sections profile size 42 x 50mm with wall thickness 2.0mm, corners of the door frame to be jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws, joints mitred and plastic welded. The hinges side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S tube of size 19 x 19mm and 1mm wall thickness and 3 Nos stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per standard specification and direction of engineer in charge

Supplying, providing and fixing to the doors frame 24mm thick factory made PVC door shutters for toilet room, and made of styles and rails of PVC hollow section of size 59 x24mm and wall thickness 2mm with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails metred and jointed at the corners by means of M.S galvanized / plastic brackets of size 75 x220mm having wall thickness 1.0mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanized M.S tube of size 20 x20mm and 1mm thickness. The lock rail made up of H-section PVC Hollow sections of size 100x 24mm and 2mm wall thickness fixed and to shutter styles by means of plastic/ galvanized M.S ‘U’. cleats.. The shutter frame filled with PVC multi chambered single panel of size not less than 620mm having over all thickness of 20mm and 1mm wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6mm galvanized M.S rod and fascened with nuts and washers complete as per standard specification and direction of Engineers in charge.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric 75x25 mm mesh of weight not less than 7.75 Kg per sqm to window frames etc. including 62x19 mm beading of second class teak wood and priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutter of approved make made of 80 x1.25mm size M.S lath, inter locked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensilto steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS.4454 part 1 and M.S top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.
