RequiredDetails of number of proposed dog-catching vehicles, dog catchers, operation theaters, veterinary doctors, other staff, other equipment and facilities available enclose relevant documents. Undertaking to arrange for the required land / kennel facilities with water and electricity and facilities like operation theaters, post-operative care, dog catching van, dog catchers, Drivers and qualified, registered veterinary professionals and other supporting staff.

RequiredMandating Satisfactory Completion Certificate for atleast one similar work to an extent of 50 percent of the cost of Work Rs.3.82 Lakhs in ABC/ARV service to various State/Central Government, state level organization/ MNCs or any other reputed organization in a single tenderer in any one year of the last five years and a certificate to be enclosed

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
