Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical meansincluding disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer- in-Chrage. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm ( Thirty centimetre) in depth, 1.5 m ( One point five metre) in width as well as 10 sqm ( Ten square metre) on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m fifty metre) and lift upto 1.5 m( One point five metre), including all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer- in-Chrage.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 One Cement : five coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm(Forty millimetre) nominal size including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and direction of Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates made with 4 mm(four millimetre ) dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 ( IS : Two hundrad eighty )and IS : 4826 ( IS : four thousand eight hundrad twenty six ) in 100mm x100mm (one hundrad millimetre into one hundrad millimetre ) mesh (weaved diagonally ) including 10% ( ten per cent ) extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighting not less then 25 kg (Twenty five kilogramme ) including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts complete in all respects as per the direction Engineer -in- charge.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry / Stone masonry / plain/reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls and the like with 100mm ( One hundred ) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 vertical : 20 horizontal towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7 in all leads and lifts and carriage of material by all modes of transportation as per the direction of Engineer- in-Chrage.

Back filling behind retaining walls, breast walls, abutments, wing walls and return walls complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1204.3.8 in all leads and lifts and carriage of materials by all modes of transportation and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
