CAMC FOR LIFT @ GAUTAMI STAFF QUARTERS

Sub: Tender for Proprietary Item, Lift CAMC Services of Gautami Staff Quarters, Vizag CRFQ: 1000439519 & Due Date and Time: 15.09.2025 10:00AM We have Lift supplied by M/s. KONE at Gautami Staff Quarters. The lift was installed on 05.08.2018. Currently there is no valid Annual Maintenance Contract for the facility. It is a proprietary item which requires Comprehensive AMC to keep the equipment up and running for longer durability. Hence it is proposed to float Tender for CAMC facility of Lift facility for 3 years For any further clarifications, you may contact Mr. Vangala Vivek, Manager Engineering, Vizag on his cell no.9939975856. Since it is proprietary item, you are informed to provide you quote year wise CAMC Charges line item wise. The Corporation does not give any guarantee for minimum amount of the job to be awarded to you. As per the prevailing site conditions / other conditions including local approvals, statutory requirements etc, job will be executed. It is to be noted that conditional tender will not be accepted, and the Corporation reserves the right to accept / reject the quote without assigning any reasons to the Contractor. Above job is to be executed within limited time of 15 days. We are enclosing GCC, BPCL RO Standard forms and other necessary documents for necessary declaration. The rates quoted shall be exclusive of GST. GST shall be paid separately, as applicable. Please submit your competitive quotes latest before 15.09.2025 at 10:00 AM Hrs in the EPROC portal.
