Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M in depth for foundation, manholes, etc n.exc 10 Sqm plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm using soils complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone/brick masonry built in cement mortar incl all quions,Arches, pillers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with using sub class 'B' brick ,straight or curved on plan exc. 6 meter radius, built in CM (1:6) for wall complete all as spfd and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing with water etc all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick with CM 1:4 on fair face and other than fair faces of brick work, finishing fair and even without using extra cement complete all as spfd & directed.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick in C M 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down of existing plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on ceilings surfaces of old/new, any description complete all as specified including preparation of old concrete/plastered surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old/ newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather proof exterior paint or apex (any colour) silicon based over a coat of water based suitable primering as a base course as per manufacturer's instructions including necessary scaffolding upto any height complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in Charge.
