Restoration work of severely damaged Fish Feed Mill Store rooms at Fish Farm Sultanpur, Distt Chamba H.P. (Sub Head Civil Work ).

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains , including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto all depth, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within all lead .including river training works and carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by the contractor to full extent in all respects in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited\ layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by the contractor to full extent in all respects in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Under 20 cm wide as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6coarse sand) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly as in solling under floors including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts in all heights as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals..

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm (zero decimal sixty millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.47mm (zero decimal four seven millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & repainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charges.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper ,water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within all lead asnd lift as per direction of Engineer-in-charge In cement mortar as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm average (twenty millimetre) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (one cement : four coarse sand) 25 mm (twenty five millimetre) thick as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
