Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets 0.50mm(+.05%) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 gm per sqmtes as per IS:277, in 240 mpa steel grade 5-7 micron epoxy primer on both sides of the sheets and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. steel should have protective gaurd film of 25 micron minimum to avoid scratches during transporatation and should be supplied in single length up to 12 mtrs or as directed by engineer in charge. The sheet shell be fixed by using self drilling / self tapping scerww of size 5.5x55 mm with EPDM seal complete up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surface, excluding cost of perlis, rafters,trusess etc. including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand or manufacture

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2course sand: 4 graded stone agregate) finished with a neet cement floating coat, incl. Cemnt slurry, but excluding the cost of noising of steps etc complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Wiring for light point/ fan poiunt/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.50 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI Box and earthing the point with 1.5 sqmm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Group A

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required. 2x2.5 sqmm+1x2.5 sqmm earth wire.
