Demolition of brick work/block masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, type C1(1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in built in CM 1:4 complete as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cm (1:6) and making surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement based paint over water cured surfaces carrying out curing work for once in a day for next 4 days complete all as specified.

M&L providing cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping, Kerb, etc. complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc.; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc.

Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide or zinc chrome primer all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exec 1.5m wide and not exec 1.5m in depth for foundation etc and getting out to soft/loose soil complete all as specified

Removing of excavated material to the distance not excedding 100 m and depositing where directed at a level not exec 1.5 m above the ground level.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) & depositing at a place directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&l for precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with using grey cement & no pigment laid over and inluding 50mm thick 6.3mm graded stone chippings cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations filling and mass concrete, haunching and benching of drain pipes.

M&L for Hard core of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers nexc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for destruction of growth of weed plants with root level on wall/ roof of building any height with weedicides such as 'Round up" manufactured by Excel Chemical Industries and sprayed in and around roots and the place of possible growth of weeds as per manufacturer instructions and making good the surface complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) In case of plants that has tree like growth , the plants shall be cut very near the roof/wall and rest treated with chemical solution. (ii) Area after treatment shall be cleared of all debris, branches, dead plants etc.

S & F 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length as per the requirement at site and laid in floors all as specified and directed.

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick with white cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.
