M&L for cleaning of septic tanks (any capacity) by dewatering sludge water and removing sludge/waste material etc. to a distance n. exc 50 M and burrying in pits and re-filling the same complete all as specified. (Note :- The cost for excavation and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the unit rate).

M&L dewatering of soak well by pumping or any suitable means dia of soak well exceeding 2.50 m and n. exc 3.00 and depth not exc 3.00 complete all as directed.

M&L for cleaning of manholes n. exc 1.5 m deep and removing sludge / waste materials etc to a distance n. exc 50 m and burrying in pits and re-filling the same complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- The cost for excavation and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the unit rate).

Cleaning of chocked any bore sewage line of any description and any size by rodding with green bamboo stick/cane stick and well flushing with water and all as directed.

Excavation over areas exc 1.5m and n.exec 3m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up of sewage line (SGSW pipes) 150mm dia set in cement mortar complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreadiing, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soils not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point as in soils complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone agg) as in bed to pipe including packing under and huching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm dia dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for DCW(Double wall coruggated) HDPE pipes of size 150mm (ID) confirming to IS 16098 Part-II of strength/stiffness class SN 8 laid in trenches on concrete bed to level/gadient, jointing as per manufacturers instructions including jointing accessories as required complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including PCC coping complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick, using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description, from brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturers instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old cement plaster, (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only WPC complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC manhole/drain manhole/drain cover of any description and size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in manhole covers, set in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel, drain and manholes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drains, manking good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished 150mm dia & upto 300mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel deformed bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No- 24 above but 6 to 8mm dia.

S & F for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks ,man hole cover frame and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore broken stones of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-20 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in manhole covers, septic tank or soakage well cover slabs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slabs,floor slabs,landings and similar work not exc 200mm thick flat fair finished surface to concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, quality confirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down / dismantling of barbed wire in fencing , any type

Supply and fixing in repairs for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Fixing only for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Taking down / dismantling concertina coil wire in fencing , any type

S & F punched tape concertina coil of 600mm coil space of one round to another including binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.

S & F 0.8 mm thick PGI sheet in wall cladiing and similar works, cut to size, drill holes punched, including round head screw, fastener,cleats, pintles etc, rivets and fix for covering crumple joints complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC in 1:2:4 type-B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling, road filling etc all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for clearing gully trap, floor trap, P/S trap, nahani trapetc., cleaning blockage uoto first manhole using appropriate tools and removing any debris from site, coplete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structureal steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.
