Materials and Labour for, raking out existing joint sealant from expansion joints with using appropriate tools and mechanical means for joints of size 20-25 mm wide and 20 mm deep of sealant including taking out compressible backer rod of dia 25-30 mm (Total depth 45-50 mm) from joints, cleaning the joints of sides, bottom and removing the loose particles of sealant dust etc., with suitable tools and mechanical driven machine, drying the joints surface of moisture completely by means of mechanical driven air blower, applying one coat of primer and insert compressible cross linked polyurethane form backer rod, closed cell, medium density of appropriate dia as per site condition, putting in polyurethane joint sealant of approved make in joints as per manufacturer's instruction, and cleaning the surface,complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for, raking out existing joint sealant from Construction/ Dummy joints with using appropriate tools and mechanical means for joints of size 10-12 mm wide and 10 mm deep of sealant,including taking out compressible backer rod of dia 12-15 mm (Total depth 22-25 mm) from joints, cleaning the joints of side, bottom and removing the loose particle of sealant dust etc, with suitable tools and mechanical driven machine, drying the joints surface of moisture completely by means of mechanical driven air blower,applying one coat of primer and insert compressible cross linked polyurethane form backer rod, closed cell, medium density of appropriate dia as per site condition, putting in polyurethane joint sealant of approved make in joints as per manufacturer's instruction, and cleaning the surface,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs, sign board of size 1.20 m x 0.80 m made out of 12 mm thick PVC celuka board including pasting background of retro reflective sheet of high intensity grade type -IV on PVC celuka board, letters and arrow are made up of vinyl sheet on retro reflective sheet, the size of letter shall be of 40 cm height and width 24.80 cm or as proportionately, two nos post for the board shall be made up of PVC rectangular section 36 mm x 50 mm,1.20 metres height, two single sided lettering boards shall be fixed on both sides of post to form a composite both sided single unit including solvent adhesive and screwing and nailing for joint purpose, board shall be covered from top using 5 mm thick PVC Foam sheet, the material shall be of fire proofing, flexible to bear wind pressure and fragile in case of collision, including necessary excavation, grouted in PCC 1:3:6: Type C2 (30 cmx30 cmx30cm) ,letters in alternate board with alpbabets / numbers as (A to Z or 1 to 10 - both sides with arrow of 40 cm long),complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- One letter as per requirement on both side of board including arrow shall be provided on each board, the requirement of letter shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- Sizes of letters,dashes and lines shall be got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge.

Materials and Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of rigid pavement (concrete or asphaltic) of runway,taxi track,links etc., painting lines,centre line, dashes, arrows, figures, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exceeding 10cm wide with one coat of water based acrylic paint (white/ golden/ yellow/orange/black colour) as per manufacturer's instructions,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of rigid pavement (concrete or asphaltic) of runway,taxi track,links etc.in areas exceeding 2000 Sqm applying one coat of water based acrylic paint as per manufacturer's instructions,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of rigid pavement (concrete or asphaltic) of runway,taxi track,links etc., painting lines, centre line,dashes, arrows,figures, letters,etc. on roads pavements and the like not exceeding 10cm wide with one coat of water based acrylic paint (white/ golden/ yellow/orange/black colour) as per manufacturer's instructions,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces or plastered surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint exceeding 10 cm width or girth complete all as directed.

Labour only Cutting/ Removal of vegetation and cleaning of sides of runway incl. removing all vegetation bushes/small tree n exc. 30 cm girth at 1.00 m height from GL ,grass cutting/ scraping both side of Runway edges (2.00 m from runway edge and removing to a distance n. exc. 50 mtrs) and deposited where directed.

Materials and Labour for,cutting out defective portion of existing rigid pavement for depth 25 mm from top surface of slab by mechanical means/manually by chesiling, make regular shape and size,removing all debries to a distance exceeding 100 Metres but not exceeding 200 Metres form starting point, loose particle to be cleaned with mechanical air blower,applying a coat of primer uniformly on the horizontal and vertical faces with bristle brush,filling with pre mixed elastomeric concrete( self levelling) as per manufacturer's instructions,on primed surface and finished by means of trowels and flats, finished true levelled with existing adjoining rigid pavement, complete all as specified and directed. .

Demolition of cementconcrete in ground floor n exc. 15 cm thick (un-reinforced) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
