M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less thab 1.5 Meter below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts , check nuts and washers of GI and GI tubing 20 mm bore light grade for earth lead protection up to main earth test point and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54 x 54 x 5 cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar, wire mesh, 20 mm bore GI tubing (LG) for watering, charcoal or coal and salt in alternate layers including excavation earth work complete all as specified and directed electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part - I, Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT cable in trenches or on poles / walls, XLPE Insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm, 4 core. Note: 1. Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid seperately.

Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth , laying of cable or pipes (where provided for protection of cable) etc and getting out trimming the sides, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and all as directed.

M&L for 40 mm dia GI tubing light grade with all necessary fittings laid in trenches, fixed to walls/ poles/ under road/ floor etc for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spreding thickness and consolidated ( punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : punned thickness will only be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and laying of well burnt bricks, sub class 'B' laid flat in trenches for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
