Supply of In-vessel Natural Composter (as per the terms & conditions mentioned in the tender document) with necessary Compost Collection Bins for converting natural conversion of wet waste to ready to use nutrient rich compost with necessary bio filters for removing odorous gas. The system should also have safety features such as emergency stop push buttons, door interlock switch, LOTO provision for safety etc. The supply also includes necessary culture (compost) required for 1 year. The cost for necessary leaf shredders/associated equipment etc if required to comply the objectives of the contract, has to be included in this item. Capacity: 1000 Kgs Per Day Garde: SS 202 (Wet Part) & MS Powder coated (Other Supportive Structure)

Supply of Dewatering Unit (300Kg Per Hour) for crushing the food waste into tiny particles for removing water from the waste thereby reducing the volume of the waste by upto 80% and weight by upto 50% (as per the terms & conditions mentioned in the tender document)

Supply of Twin Shaft Bone Shredder – High Tensile Steel blades for crushing of bones paired with a suitable motor to take shock loads and powder the bones. (as per the terms & conditions mentioned in the tender document)

Supply of Mobile Bin Lifter- Fabricated with safety features to lift the bin and feed the composter. (as per the terms & conditions mentioned in the tender document)

Supply of SS 304 Sorting Table (as per the terms & conditions mentioned in the tender document) with One sink and strainer SS 304 Grade. Worktop - 16g SS, Side Panels - 20g SS. Size: 1500x700x900mm Sink Size: 450x450x300mm Strainer (Removable) Type: 8 - 10mm

Supply of Weighing Scale - 150kg (as per the terms & conditions mentioned in the tender document)

Supply of Instant Water Heater – 1.4kW (as per the terms & conditions mentioned in the tender document) Make: Havells / AO Smith (or) Equivalent

Transportation, material handling and arrangement of materials as per the site layout
