SECTION I (M&O) Manning & operation and comprehensive maintenance of AC Plants (04 Nos) round the clock to maintain desire temperature and humidity including ensuring proper maintaining the desired condition viz W.B.T. RH etc.inside AC room including, maintaining hourly record thereof for round the clock in log sheets including proper upkeep of AC Plant room and surrounding area by adopting all the prevailing labour act IE Rules and MES standing orders by technically quallified/Experienced tradesmen (01 Skilled AC Plant operator/Refg Mechanic) for each shift of 08 hours, for 03 shifts for each plant including sunday and holidays etc for the following AC Plants :-

MH OT AC PLANT CONSISTING OF FOLLOWING :-

(a) Compressor make Voltas model WCDS-036DMN Cap 36 TRX3unit with condenser & chiller

(b)Mono block pump set 5HP for chiller-02 Nos Make -Crompton Greaves.

(c)Centrifugal pump set cap 7.5 HP for condenser 02 Nos Make-Crompton Greaves.

(d) Water softening plant for cooling tower and chiller -01 No Make -INIDON.

(e)Cooling tower with CT fan & motor -01 No

(f)LT control panel with MCCBs and starter complete-01 No.

(g)Pipe line with control valve and other controls such as LT and HT cutout thermostat humidity stat expansion valve etc-01 Lot.

(h)Ducting for supply of air with grills and return air grill.

(j)AHU unit - 2 Nos comprising of blower motor 15 HP each , thermostate, strip heater,HEPA/ Micro/ pre filters, cooling coils , Dampers and fire dampers etc complete .

MH MATERNITY WARD AND COLD STORAGE AC PLANT CONSISTING OF FOLLOWING:-

(a) Compressor of model SZ-185S4C of cap 12 TR X3 Units with condensor and Chillers

(b) Electric motor 3 phase 03 HP -06 Nos Make- Kirloskar for condensor and chiller.

(c) AHU unit comprising of cooling coils strip heaters blower motor 5HP-01 No , dampers , fire dampers and thermostat etc complete .

(d) Cooling tower with CT fan & motor 5 HP -01 No.

(e) Pipe line with control valve and other controls such as LT and HT cutout thermostat humidity stat expansion valve etc-01 Lot.

(f) Ducting for supply air with grills and return air grill.

(g) LT control panel with MCCBs and starter complete-01 Nos.

(h) Servo voltage stabilizer 50 KVA capacity -01 No.

MH MATERNITY WARD AC PLANT CONSISTING OF FOLLOWING:-

(a) Compressor Model 1202 of capacity 2x5 TR= 03 Nos-Make Blue Star.

(b) Electric motor 3 phase 2HP-03 Nos Make Hindustan.

(c) Mono block pumping sets 2x5 HP-02 Nos.

(d) Electric control panel comprising of MCCBs, starters ,single phase preventer,relays, power contactors interlocking system including cable .-01 Lot.

(e) Cooling tower with CT fan & motor -01 Nos.

(f) Pipe line with control valve and other controls such as LT and HT cutout thermostat humidity stat expansion valve etc-01 No

(g) Ducting for supply air with grills and return air grill. Includingstrip heaters, thermostat, wiring etc complete.

(h) Servo voltage stabilizer 50 KVA capacity -01 Nos.

AC PLANT SIGNAL CENTRE CONSISTING OF FOLLOWING:-

(a) Compressor Model 1202 of capacity 3x7.5 TR= 03 Nos-Make Blue Star.

(b) Electric motor 3 phase 2HP-03 Nos Make Hindustan.

(c) Mono block pumping sets 2x5 HP-02 Nos.

(d) Electric control panel comprising of starters single phase prenventer interlocking system including cable .-01 Lot.

(e) Cooling tower with CT fan & motor -01 Nos.

(f) Pipe line with control valve and other control such as LT and HT cutout thermostat humidity stat expansion valve etc-01 Lot.

(g) Ducting for supply air with grills and return air grill.

(h) Servo voltage stabilizer 50 KVA capacity -01 Nos.

Worker's wage per person (Minimum Rs. 700.00 per day )

Employees state insurance as per existing rules @ 3.25% on Rs. 700.00

Contribution of Bonus @ 8.33 % on Rs. 700.00

GST as per existing rules @ 18 % on Srl No 2.00 to 4.00

LWC as per existing rules @ 1 % on Srl No 2.00 to 5.00

Over head & profit on Srl No 2.00 to 6.00

Description all as per Item No 1 here in before but 01 Skilled (AC Plant operator/ Refg Mechanic) for each shift of 08 Hours for 2 Shifts daily including Sunday and Holidays etc. for Raina Auditorium consisting of following:-

(a) Electric control panel comprising of MCCBs, starters, single phase preventer, contactors, interlocking system including cable -01 Lot.

(b) Air cooled scroll type chilling machine operated on R-407, of capaicty 70 TR = 2 Sets of 03 compressors each.

(c) AHU unit- 02 Nos comprising of cooling coils 6 row deep. strip heaters , dampers , fire dampers & blowers motor 5HP-02

(d) Mono block pumping sets 7.5 HP-03 Nos.

(e) Fan coil unit 20 SWG with 03 row deep chilled water coil pre filter DIDW centrifugal fans ,of capacity 3 TR - 4 Nos.

(f) Rectangular duct for air with adjustable vains, dampers, grills with insulation with 16 mm thick nitrile rubber and thermocouple 22 gauge.

(g) Pipe line MS of class C , duly insulated with puf insulation sand , cement plaster including valves.

(h) PVC overhead tank of capacity 1000 ltr, GI pipe and PVC loose pipe 20/25 mm dia.

Worker's wage per person (Minimum Rs. 700.00 per day )

Employees state insurance as per existing rules @ 3.25% on Rs. 700.00

Contribution of Bonus @ 8.33 % on Rs. 700.00

GST as per existing rules @ 18 % on Srl No 9.00 to 11.00

LWC as per existing rules @ 1 % on Srl No 9.00 to 12.00

Over head & profit on Srl No 9.00 to 13.00

Notes for item No 1 & 8 :- (i) Contractor is required to quote his rates upto two digits after decimal place and calculate the amount with the qunatities accordingly. (ii) 'NIL' or 'Zero' quoting against OH & Profit will be treated as 'Non-bonafide'. (ii) In case two or more firms quote the same rates, the preference will be given to the firm based on the past records and factors like Class of contractor, financial soundness, work experience for last two years etc. (iv) The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India / State Government / Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF,ESIC,Bonus, taxes etc as per specified in Notes of BoQ/ Sch 'A'. In case the rates quoted are less than the minimum wages as notified by the Government of India / State Government / Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF,ESIC, Bonus,taxes etc as applicable, his tender will be treated as non bonafide and will not be considered for Acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined by the lowest amount amongst valid/bonafide bids only .

(v) Any increase in minimum wages of labour as fixed by the Govt of India/ State Gove/Union Territory, whichever is higher shall be paid to the contractor as difference between the wages as on last date of bid submission and the increased minimum wages as mentioned here-in-before. Increased wages including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions shall be paid to the workers by the contractor. No other claim whatsoever shall be admissible on this account and the bidders shall note this aspect and quote their rates accordingly. It must be noted that in compliance of the statutory provisions, the increase will be passed over to the workers. (vi) The Firm's claims in bills regarding ESI, EPF, Service Tax should be accompanied by documentary proof pertaining to the previous month's bill. A requisite portion of the bill i.e RAR / final bill amount shall be held up till such proof is furnished, at the discretion of the Accepting Officer.

(vii) The firm shall submit proof of payment given to workers and endorse a copy to Engineer-in-charge, showing the details of payments, deductions (including all statutory deductions) & net amount with requisite challans in each case/person indicating PF number, ESI card detail etc.

( viii) Engineer-in-Charge will maintain the record of attendence in respect of the persons deployed by the Firm on the basis of which wages/ remuneration will be decided in respect of the person at the approved and agreed rates. The firm shall be responsible to keep all records of payment, attendence, leaves etc. duly signed by the Engr- in- Charge and endorse a copy of all the documents with RAR/ Final Bill as applicable.

The cost of the following included in rate quoted by contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible:-

(i) Air filter of all the plants to be cleaned every week.

(ii) Penal recovery at the rate of Rs 500 per hour per plant shall be levied from the contractor in case of not attending the AC plants including non availablity of resources for concern AC plant.

(iii) Confirmation on completion of any nature of complaints regarding non functioning of AC plants will be intimated to JE concernd forthwith of the area or Engr-in-Charge immediately.

(iv) Arrangement for the resources detailed for maintaing the desired condItioning of the AC plant room shall be made by the contractor in such a way that every time resources shall be made available at AC plant to make the plant fully functional in case of non complaince, panality as mentioned in Para (ii) above will be imposed.

(v) The scope of work under the above contract will broadly include following :-

(vi) Maint and fault rectification of incoming & out going LT electrical system including LT panel of AC plant including tightening loose connection providing minor spare parts i.e. nuts, bolts, washers, thimbles , PVC tape, saddles, rawal plug, fasteners and any other spare etc.

(vii) Proper maintenance of all the inlets and outlet valves, coils, Gauges, Cut outs & relays all the connected items of AC plants.

(viii) Coordination will be made with the concern electric and water supply JE's to ensure proper electric & water supply to the plant.

(ix) Any complaint regarding AC plants, water supply & electric supply are mandatory to be rectified for smooth running of the AC plants as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

(x) Earth test shall be carried out periodically and earth result will be maintained within permissible limit by pouring water in earth pits.

(xi) Checking of water leakage of mono block pumbing set at each plant and replacement of gland /seal, greasing to pumping sets and motors shall be carried out.

(xii) Cold storage AC plant is part of Maternity Ward AC Plant and no separate payment shall be admisible for operation of cold storage AC Plant.

(xiii) Earth plate will be operated by separate operater

(xiv) The contractor shall provide one AC mechanic daily from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs so that no complaint shall be remain un attended Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for this privision.

(xv) The operator of AC plant at Sig centre and Raina auditorium will also operate the DG set of MES installed near AC plant whenever it is required by the user Rates for this effect shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. Disal will be collected from Alpha power house and pouring into the DG set shall be the contractor respossibility.

(xvi) Attendance register, Log sheet, duty register all documents has to provided and maintant by the contractor. Non maintaing of documents the panelty of Rs 200/day/document will be impesed of the contractor, if the documents checked an aney day of the month the panelty will be imposed from first day of month.

(xvii) Contractor has to provided the summer and winter uniform to the operater failing which Rs 1000 /- per month/operater will be imposed.

(xviii) Contractor tas install the display board at each installations , the display board having the info as follows :- (a) Firm Name(b) Contractor Name (b) Contractor Namr © Contractor working Mob No (d) Minimum gare wages

(xix) Non installation of the display boards panelty of Rs 2000/- permonth/Installation will be imposed.

SECTION II (MAINTENANCE WORKS) Supply and topping up of Refrigerant R-22. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Labour charges for charging of gas to plants shall be included in the rate quoted.

Disconnecting from mains and Taking out existing unserviceable scroll compressor from the AC plant of Cap 12.5 TR and Supply , Installing and testing of company made new Scroll Type compressor Model No. SZ 185S4RC Lubricant P.O.E 160 SZ suitable for Refrigerent 407C. Initially charging of Gas 407 and commisioning all as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Disconnecting from mains and Taking out existing unserviceable scroll compressor from the AC plant of Cap 5 TR and Supply , Installing and testing of company made new Scroll Type compressor Model No. SZ 185S4RC Lubricant P.O.E 160 SZ suitable for Refrigerent 407C. Initially charging of Gas 407 and commisioning all as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

M & L low pressure /High pressure switch suitable for 36/15 TR.

M & L digital room temp meter for AC plant.
