Housekeeping of Residential Blocks in HWPM Colony for the year 2025-2027

Supplying required men, material, tools & appliances, providing consumables and transport devices for house keeping jobs comprising of the following activities a) sweeping of entrance, stair cases, landings and approach pathways in Residential blocks with soft broom daily; b) Collection and disposal of dry and wet garbage, waste papers, dust/dirt etc. from every residential quarters. Transportaion of collected garbage and all other waste to the Dumping yard with Hand cart/Tractor trolley by providing seperate partitions for wet & dry waste or any suitable and acceptable means with the approval of Engineer In Charge on daily basis and including all manpower,consumable materials, tools and tackes, hirecharges and other incidental expenditure for satisfactory completion of work etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge. c) Collection and disposal of garbage, waste papers, plastics and other waste around the blocks and removing of cobwebs with hard broom, sweeping/cleaning of plinth protection, removing of unwanted plants & algae on Monthly basis. Note : Unit rate shall includes all the above activites and no claims whatsoever will be entertained. The agency has to deploy minimum of 14 Cycle rickshaws with separate partitions for disposing the wet/dry garbage directly to the dump yard on daily basis. They also should keep 1 cycle rickshaw extra as standbye during emergency/breakdown. If by any means the agency is not able to deploy required number of rickshaws recovery @ Rs.200/Rickshaw/day will be deducted from the running/final bills.

Supplying required men, material, tools & appliances and providing consumables for Washing the Stair cases of Residential Blocks once in a week or as per schedule with water using necessary disinfectant agent of approved brand etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (Water supply will be at free of cost and can be taken from the nearest quarter by requesting the occupants)

Supplying required men, material, tools & appliances and providing consumables for sweeping/ cleaning of terrace including chajjas of public/Residential buildings, collection of dirt, waste papers, dry leaves, cotton waste, removal of unwanted plants, samplings & vegetation etc., algae if any and including disposing of the same into dumping yard and de-chocking of rain water pipes/ chajjas etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing required men, material, necessary tools & tackles and Transport by using tractor or any other mechanical device for collection and disposal of all left over Dustbin debris, waste materials in and around dustbin areas up to 3 mtrs (around 125 nos and may increase form time to time) and other garbage/waste like dumped cut tree branches, old logs, Kitchen garden waste, rubbles etc. in all road berms (other than those raised from the activities of other contract works) to the dumping yard with Tractor trolley / Mechanical transport including loading, unloading, transport hire charges, driver, diesel etc complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: Collecting & Clearing all the waste materials in and around the dust bins in the entire colony will be treated as one operation. (Frequency of collection once in a Week or as per schedule.)

Cleaning of Tarangini Multipurpose function hall and surroundings as and when required using detergents and disinfectant agents like phenyl or equivalent liquids including removal of cobwebs, cleaning of surroundings of the hall, picking and disposing of used glasses, plates, left over food items, cleaning of all deposits and waste materials in the drain from Tarangini to Main Drain junction and including disposing off all the waste generated during the functions to the dumping yard in the colony with all leads and lifts etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: Agency may deploy a trolley during the function hours to facilitate collection and disposal of garbage without spreading. Nothing extra is paid on this account.

Supplying and spreading of bleaching powder as and when required, including all labor, materials, transport etc., all complete as per specifications and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: In each operation ( Two bags of 25 kg each) of bleaching powder should be used by the contractor.
