Group A: ELECTRICAL ARC - IOCL Residential Colonies, WRPL Rajkot

Manpower (Line Item 4 to 6) - FIXED ITEMS (Rates are not be quoted by the bidder)

Daily Lumpsum Service Charges (Including ALL Tools and Tackles) towards Providing Comprehensive Services for the following: 1. Daily Recording of Energy Meter Readings in IOCL Standard Format 2. Daily Recording of DG Set Parameters and Taking Trial Run of DG Set 3. Filling of IOCL Supplied Diesel in DG Set as directed by IOCL 4. Daily Attending ALL Electrical complaints wherever IOCL supplied material is provided/No Material is required 5. Attending to ALL Electrical Complaints and Breakdowns notified during odd hours, night hours, holidays 6. Monthly Cleaning of ALL Tubelights and Fans 7. Monthly Cleaning of ALL Types of Street / Flood Lighting Fixture at installed position upto a height of 10m 8. Monthly Cleaning of ALL Electrical Distribution Boards and Switchboards 9. Monthly Cleaning of ALL Electrical Panels, Junction Boxes, Insulating Mats and Cable Trenches 10. Monthly Cable / Wire Dressing, Cable Entry Sealing, Fixing Loose / Defective Electrical Connections 11. Installation / Removal / Shifting within IOCL Premises of ALL Types of Light Fittings and Fans as directed by IOCL 12. Making Disconnections of ALL Types and Sizes of Electric Cables including Cable Cutting, Pulling, Removal of Lugs, Cable Gland, as directed by IOCL 13. Making End Termination of ALL Types and Sizes of Electric Cables including Cable Cutting, stripping, Glanding, lugging, Crimping, Insulating, clamping, tagging, armour earthing as directed by IOCL 14. Disconnection and Reconnection of Earthing Pit by removing and re-fixing inspection cover, opening and refixing nut and bolts, cleaning of pit, Earth Pit watering using IOCL Water, measuring of Earthing Resistance using IOCL Meter as directed by IOCL 15. Providing temporary electrical power connections for various jobs and utilities from IOCL Power Distribution Board / Panel within site Premises including making ALL the Electrical Connections/ Disconnections 16. Installation, testing & commissioning of all the electrical equipment/switchgear supplied under the contract or as instructed by the EIC/Site Engineer.

Payment for IFR and safety shoes for the 1 persons per year for working in the premises of IOCL.

Provision of Payment due to Change in Minimum Wages: This item is for facilitating the Officer In- Charge to book the amount of change in Minimum wages, above the Minimum wages Notified by Ministry of Labour & Employment.

Service and Composite Works - VARIABLE ITEMS (Rates to be quoted by the bidder)

Carrying out Electrical Annual Rate Contract (ARC) for IOCL Residential Colonies - WRPL Rajkot. The work shall be executed as per Tender terms & conditions, Technical Specifications, Relevant IS Standrads, Schedule of Rates (SOR) and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Bidders are required to quote a percentage "Less(-)" or "Excess(+)" or "At Par" to the rates indicated in the SOR annexed to the "Part II: Price Part" of tender documents. The percentage quoted by the bidder shall be uniformly applicable to all the items mentioned in the SOR items PS.10 to PS. 5210. Note: The estimated amount is indicative only and given herein for the information of Bidders. Bidders to note that the actual Contract Value may vary depending upon the requirement of work.
