REPAIRS / REPLACEMENT OF PERISHED DUCT COVERS, LADDERS, RAIL PATH CIVIL WORK, STRUCTURAL REPAIRS TO RCC MEMBERS, GALLERY CLEANING, PAINTING WORK AT DEGAUSSING BAY, SLIPWAY AT NAVAL DOCKYARD VISAKHAPATNAM UNDER GE (I) (DM) VISAKHAPATNAM

S&F welded steel wire fabric fixed to RCC wall/ceiling with necessary fixing arrangement weight exc 2 kg/sqm but not exc 4 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Chipping & removal of existing damaged, cracked, spalled & loose portion of concrete of the RCC members completely till the reinforcement is exposed and sound concrete (20mm to 40mm) is observed by using mechanical means and manual chisels and further the surface is jetted with clean water for removal of dust and loose particles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for application of polymer modified reinstatement mortar 20mm thick in isolated places of repair works of RCC members with Rendroc S2 of M/s Fosroc make or techno commercially equivalent having a compressive strength of M40 grade. Rendroc S2 is supplied in two components and packing size of 25 Kg bag ready to use at site directly by mixing with water at 3.5 Ltr per bag c complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Removing and cleaning of existing peeled off portions of RCC walls / columns / ceilings of galleries, sea side facia walls, cope point chambers etc. including chipping, wire brushing and making good the corroded / rusted reinforcement with new reinforcement for binding reinforcement as required to existing reinforcement by welding / tying with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia and gunniting the area with minimum pressure of 5 Kg/cm2 to an average thickness of 40 mm in CM (1:2) and finish the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply only reinforcement and welded wire fabric will be measured and paid separately

M&L for deformed bars of 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion on new/old surface to ceilings and walls surface of gallaries, including surface preparation.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description not exceeding 15cm thick above or below ground floor and removing the debries from the Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour RCC M30 grade with approved Ready Mix Concrete/ Design mix (RMC) with graded stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, deck slabs and in shelves and the like (quoted rate inclusive of necessary formwork) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for application of single component shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar (Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc Make or techno commercially equivalent) 30mm to 40mm thick in a single layer having a compressive strength of M45 grade to columns, Beams / Slab soffits & where ever it required in isolated areas of repair works to RCC members : Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc is supplied in 25 Kg bag and ready to use at site directly by mixing with water at 4.25 Ltr per bag complete all as specified and directed

M&L for laying cement based Micro-concrete, Rendroc RG 40 of Fosroc make, pre packed single component, chloride free, sulphate free, non-shrink, free flow, self compacting, ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion of approved quality. Form work shall be provided for placing micro concrete patch repair as required at site with steel jack system and steel props to support the formwork in this application of high strength, dual shrinkage, compensated, micro concrete for placing in nominal thickness of more than 50mm for concrete repair with compresive strength of 40 Mpa at 28 days complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing shear connectors and Anchoring : Drilling 12mm dia holes up to depth of 100mm and fix 10mm dia TMT bars L shaped anchor rods as shear connectors in defective concrete area of the slab, column, beams, chajjas, lintel etc. or any other structural member as the case may be. Clean the same using water and make sure that there is no fine particle present in the hole. Mix the base and hardener of the polyester resin Fosroc Lokfix or techno commercially equivalent with the spatula thoroughly. Fill the drilled and cleaned holes to a minimum depth of 3/4th of the hole with the prepared polyester resin and the reinforced bar shall be inserted to full depth of hole and extra length of the reinforcement bar shall be bent into the concrete to maintain proper cover to the reinforcement complete

Periodical maintenance for cleaning of cable ducts / galleries on the jetties / wharfs with required tools and plants and cleaning of debris, any other waste / garbage etc., including water accumulated in the ducts / galleries of jetties & wharfs by employing 05 Nos. of Mazdoors for 8 hours / day as per following :- a) Opening of Mild steel / RCC gallery covers of any description, size shape and placing safety cones etc., around the duct / gallery opening on jetty /wharf. b) Entering into the gallery through opening to a depth of appx 2.7m to 3.0m below the jetty / wharf and collection of silt / mud / debris and other foreign materials by using suitable bags in the gallery to the nearest manhole of gallery for lifting the same to a height of 2.7m to 3.0m by suitable means to the jetty / wharf surfaces for further disposal. c) Re-positioning of MS / RCC duct covers. d) Loading of garbage so collected from galleries into transport vehicle of suitable capacity. Note: Transport vehicle for disposal of garbage / debris outside of ND(V) shall be measured and paid separately.

Disposal of collected garbage / debris from the galleries outside Naval Dockyard complete all as specified and directed

Periodical maintenance for removing of vegetation growth on the jetties / wharfs wall with required tools and plants and cleaning and removing the same outside of Naval Dockyard by employing 05 Nos. of Mazdoors for 8 hours / day complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, raking out joints locking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for polymer modified plastering in CM 1:6, 15mm thick on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using Nitobond SBR at the rate of 3% of weight of cement complete all as specified and directed Note:- SBR shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only Fosroc make Nitobond SBR chemical for mixing in polymer modified plastering complete all as specified and directed

M&L for two coats of exterior emulsion anti fungal paint over a coat of primer on new / old surface to ceilings and walls of old surface of galleries, including surface preparation complete all as specified and directed

Supply and application one coat of two component system epoxy based bonding agent Nito bond SBR of M/s FOSROC or techno commercially equivalent to receive the Rendroc SP40 & Rendroc S2 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including removal of debries outside of Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, built in cement mortar 1:4 straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of any description ( corrugated or semi corrugated ) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick (straight or curved shape) of an colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering / cladding, chajja coverings with the help of frame work to wall fixed with self traping screw complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling structural steel work of any description including complete all as specified and directed

S&F for structural steel framed work such as angle, channel, I beams etc cut to shape, including bending and welding angles as necessary confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 as in supporting structure of duct covers, platforms (0 to -3m level) and capstan (0 to -2m level) working in a confined area including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces if requitred with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed

S&F for rolled mild steel plain or chequered plates confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 welded, riveted, bolted attachment to supporting structure of capstan, duct covers, valve pit access platform and working in a confined area including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces if requitred with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed

M&L for MS frame work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars, shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes for ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railings, nosing angle, frame work for GI corrugated sheet for chajja and similar works conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 at (0 to -3m level and ground level) working in a confined area including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces if requitred with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed

M&L for painting of new / old steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and followed by application of paint scheme. (i) One coat of primer (Dft. 1 x 50) epoxy zinc rich primer 50±5 microns (ii) 02 coats of Anti corrosive (Dft 2 x 150) (iii) 02 coats of coal tar epoxy paint complete all as specified and directed
