Operation and Comprehensive Maintenance of AC Plant installed at MHS and Cantt, Building, Pune. (Revised)

Comprehensive Maintenance and round the clock operation of Air-Conditioning units mentioned below as per details given in relevant sections by deploying the required staff including specialized manpower and by arranging required tools and plant etc to keep the services operational upto the required standards. A) Details of Air-Conditioning units: i) Package A/C units ( 5 TR) - 4 nos. ii) Package A/C units ( 7 TR) - 7 nos. iii) Package A/C units ( 10 TR) - 31 nos. iv) High Precision A/C units ( 7 TR) 35 nos. v) High Precision A/C units ( 15 TR) - 8 nos. (Note :- Only operation is to be done for Package A/C units with Sr. no. (iv) & (v) mentioned above). Contractors to take all steps to undertake preventive / special maintenance and testing to keep the system at optimum working condition. Size of various services is given in Section- I B) Minimum Staff Required : A/C Operator: 1 No. per shift in 3 shifts. (A/C operator should have passed ITI in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning trade or equivalent from recognized institute with at least two years experience in the line).
