Cantilever truss & Other maintenance Dismantling steel work manually / by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 500 metres lead as per directions of Engineer -in-Charge.

Dismantling roofing including ridges ,hip,velleys and gutters etc. And stacking the material within 500 meters lead of Galvalume sheet

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.-minimum thickness 2.00 mm) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer after preparing the surface by using wirebrush or emery paper, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes. All works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing Galvalume sheets ( Supply of Pre painted Alu- Zinc alloy coated steel sheets -55% Aluminium, 43% Zinc, 1.6% Silicons and not less than 0.5mm thick-PPGL, 150 GSM). Sheet should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in charge.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling screws with corrosion resistant (SDS of brand Patta) of size 5.5 x 55mm with EPDM seal at top of corrugation complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces, including providing necessary overlap not less than 250mm at end 1 1/2 corrugation at side excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and providing ridges including cutting to size and shape wherever required as per direction of engineer in charge, the ridge will be paid separately. The rate inclusive of cost and conveyance of material to site and necessary scaffoldings which required.The contractor shall submit the manufacturers test certificates of the roofing sheet before commencing the work and also required to conduct the test on the randomly selected sample from the site by the Engineer-in -Charge to ensure the minimum thickness.

Providing and fixing 30 cm wide 90 cm overall semi circular plain G.S.sheet gutter including providing necessary overlap not less than 250mm with iron brackets M.S.Flat of size 40x3mm, bolts, nuts and washers etc, including making necessary connections with rain water pipes and cost conveyance of all materials, labour charges and scaffolding etc. complete. 0.80 mm thick zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

Providing 16mm dia L bolts for fixing the fender to the bottom ledge with M.S rod 50 cm long /trusses including charges for supplying nuts, threading, bending and placing in position as per instruction during execution including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc. complete.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations after preparing the surface by using wirebrush or emery paper prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including one coat of Epoxy priming coat. Providing and fixing PVC pipes, fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Concealed work, including cutting chased and making good the wall etc. 110 mm pipe 6kgf/cm2

Providing and fixing PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for Rigid PVC pipes, including jointing with PVC solvent cement- 110 mm dia Bend

Ladies Labour shed maintenance .
