REPAIR/ MAINT OF CEILING FAN, EXHAUST FAN AND CONNECTED ITEMS IN SMA RAMESWARAM, DAD RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX, AT PAMPA VIHAR-I AT PALLURUTHY UNDER GE FORT KOCHI

Disconnection of electrical wire from ceiling rose and taking down the ceiling fan any capacity/ type / size and make including dismantling the ceiling fan for removing of old lubricating substance from bearing/bush and applying fresh lubrication using grease for noise free smooth functioning and refixing the ceiling fan in own position with provision of hanging bush, cotter pins, nut, bolts washers etc, connection with flexible wire & testing complete after replacement of burnt out/ worn out copper winding and existing same gauge of copper wire winding/ unserviceable spares as required and replacement of PVC insulated, unsheathed multi stranded twin twisted copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm up to 0.5 M long including testing the repaired ceiling fan to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge. NOTE:- (Rewinding of ceiling fan and PVC wire for making connection and spares shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.)

Material and labour for rewinding of ceiling fan 1200/1400 MM sweep by dismantling of fan motor, cutting and removing of burnt windings, cleaning the motor slots, rewinding the motor with supper enamelled copper wire of appropriate gauge, provision of insulation paper, applying of varnish, heating / baking the motor to achieve the proper insulation resistance washing and removing of old lubricating substance from bearing/bush using Kerosine oil, painting ,carrying out fresh lubrication using grease and to make free for smooth functioning complete all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for carrying out re metalling in worn out shaft, cutting and polishing to make the shaft suitable for fixing of new ball bearing and fixing ball bearing in replacement of bushing system in ceiling fan and assembling the same and testing complete all specified and as directed. Note: bearing shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only ball bearing of any size and type, suitable for any type/make/size of ceiling fan for obtained from Sl item No.1, complete all specified and as directed. Make: - TATA/NBC/SKF

Supply only capacitor of capacity 2.5 MFD, 220-volt ISI marked complete all specified and as directed.

Supply only PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded twin twisted copper flexible cable of size 1.5 Sqmm complete all specified and as directed.

Supply only Alloy Steel Heavy Duty "S" or "D"-Hook Hanger with double Fasteners M10 x 75mm for Hanging Ceiling fan stud worn-out hook, complete all specified and as directed.

Supply only heavy-duty Steel & rubber fan to ceiling hook attachment clamp with fan rod nut bolt & locking pins complete all specified and as directed.

Supply only ceiling fan blade of 1200/1400mm size of existing Make including proper painting matching with existing ceiling fan, complete all specified and as directed.

Supply only PVC canopy suitable for ceiling fan of any type/make for both end of down rod including fixing screws complete all specified and as directed.
