Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & upto 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. All kinds of soil as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. All kinds of soil as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing ISI marked, IS: 1341, M.S. heavy weight butt hinges with necessary screws etc. complete : 125x90x4.00 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete : (copper oxidized as per IS: 1378) 300x16 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete : (copper oxidized as per IS: 1378) 125 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete 900 mm dia RCC pipes as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing Precast Compound wall (including installation, transportation) with precast pannel of size2100x300x50mm by using 4nos of 3mm PCC steel bar per set, with stressing system and columns (size 150mmx150mmx2400mm) by using 4 nos of 3mm PCC steel bar per set, with stressing system. The height of precast compound wall and columns will be 6 feet above ground and columns will be 6 ft. above G.L and 2 ft. below G.L including all lead and lift and satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge and as per attached drawing as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing on wall face 110mm diameter unplasticised rigid PVC pipes, for weep holes in retaining wall and toe walls as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying hard stone boulder filing/soling back side of retaining wall and breast wall including carriage of material with in all lead & lift as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying in position plumb concrete with hard stones boulders in retaining wall etc. upto all heights and level, size and shape, etc with cement concrete with mix (1:3:6) 1 cement, 3 coarse sand, 6 aggregate stone aggregate 20mm nominal size using maximum 40% hard stone boulder in plum concrete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(excluding centring and shuttering.) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
