Cutting uprooting and clearing jungles including shrubs, water weeds, bushes, trees, plants, upto 30cm. Girth including removing as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil for making embankments, repairs to the embankment, closing breaches etc. as per profile including supply and transporting the earth by truck or tractor or any other mechanical means on land , including loading, transporting, unloading and stacking with all lifts bothways and head load where necessary and depositing the same on embankments, clannels, filling depressions in requisite profile, levelling as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge within a lead of, A) Beyond 500 metre and upto 1.00 km. NB :- Measurement to be taken on the basis of stack measurement / prepost work section measurement after deduction of void as per norms. No extra payment will be made for stacking.
Cost of stone / laterite boulder at quarry site including Royalty (Royalty certificate in original from competent authority are to be submitted along with the bill, otherwise amount due towards Royalty of stone/laterite boulder will be deducted from the bills of works) . a) Panchami source (Each weighing 20 kg & above) Following rates of royalty are to be considered till further modification of prevailing rates by the Department of Industry, Commerce & Enterprises, Govt. of West Bengal for Pachamil sourced stone boulder and laterite boulderand by the Department of Mines & Geology,Government of Jharkhand for stone boulder of Pakur variety a) Panchami source : Rs. 53 per Cum, b) Pakur source : Rs.105 per Cum, c) laterite boulder : Rs. 36 per Cum,
Labour charge for dumping / laying of Laterite / Stone Boulders 25 kg & above / Shingles / Brick Bats, from stack of worksite with all leads and lifts in water or spreading the same on the slope of the bank of River/Sea or the slope of the embankment or in the River/ Sea bed to an uniform thickness as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all accessories and other incidental charges (a) Boulder 25kg & above where boats are not necessary.
Labour charges for bouIder pitching on top and slope by placing required boulders (each weighing 20 Kg. and above within lead of 100 metres and all lifts) including filling the interstices with fragments as required, preparing sub-grade by cutting or filling the earth on slope upto 7.5 cm. depth, watering and ramming where necessary complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. a) Over Jhama Khoa / metal filter/ Geo-textile filter.
Labour charges for providing filter with well graded 40 m.m. down stone metal / shingles and laying uniformly below pitching on bed, side slopes including preparing bed with earthwork up to 30 cm depth, where necessary and compacting as per direction of the Engineer- in - Charge and including all leads and lifts complete but excluding the cost of supply and carriage of stone metals up to site.
Hire and labour charges for staging with sal bullah for super structure of bridge (Major and Minor) including stripping off and removing clearing on completion of work as per design and drawing approved by the Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD. (I) By Manual Means a) Cement Concrete
Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy .
Sealing of cracks/porous concrete by injection process through nipples/Grouting complete as per Technical Specification. A. Cement Grout
Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.
Cleaning the exposed corroded Reinforcement as well as wron out concrete by sand blasting with air compressure including all materials, hire charges of machineries and labour etc. all complete as per technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing anti-corrosive protective coating to inhibit the corrosion to HYSD Reinforcements including two coats of anti corrosive coatings of consumption as per the Manufacturers specification , cleaning etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer In Charge.
Removing corroded worn out portion of reinforcement (when the area of bar is damaged by more than 25%) by cutting and replacing the same by a new plain round bar of requisite diameter by binding with required lap / welding with old bar, including cost of reinforcement, complete in all respect including removing unserviceable materials from site as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. Note : Payment on weight (Kg.) of new reinforcement.
Removal of defective concrete, cleaning the surface thoroughly, applying the shotcrete mixture mechanically with compressed air under pressure, comprising of cement, sand, coarse aggregates, water and quick setting compound in the proportion as per clause 2807.1., sand and coarse aggregates conforming to IS: 383 and table 1 of IS: 9012 respectively, water cement ratio ranging from 0.35 to 0.50, density of gunite not less than 2000 kg/cum, strength not less than 25 MPa and workmanship conforming to clause 2807.6. (40 mm average thickness.)
Supplying fitting and fixing I.R.C. fabric mesh with covering battens including cost of screws etc complete (excluding the cost of battens). In ground floor. (b) 75mm x 25mm x 2.7mm x 2.7mm.
Epoxy bonding of new concrete to old concrete.
Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur Variety
Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. (a) Where staging is not required.
Labour for Chipping of concrete surface before taking up Plastering work.
Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (i) With 1:4 cement mortar (a) 15 mm thick plaster
Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc.
Extra rate for using water proofing and plasticising admixture @ 0.2% by weight of cement (or at manufacturer's specified rate) for concrete of various grades.
Painting the vertical end faces of posts, wheel guards or railing or parapet with alternate bands of different colours as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with approved synthetic enamel paint. a) Two Coats
Excavation for Structures :- Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, removing, spreading or stacking of spoils within a lead of 150 m. as directed and including trimming the sides of the trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottom, and backfilling with approved material complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. In all sorts of soil excluding marshy soil & rocks (soft or hard) by manual means. upto 3 m depth Without pumping out water and shoring
Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity) (A) Do- by fine sand.
Providing weep holes in Brick masonry / Plain / Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face. Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications.
