The seat shall have 200mm thk.(minimum) removable cushions placed on the finished seat, which shall made of polyurethane foam 200mm thick of Sleepwell/Kurlon make, to be duly upholstered with A- class Molfino fabric (Ddecor or equivalent make)(color and texture as approved by architect) (including base fabric layer in off white fabric as per approval duly sewn and stitched), fixed with a zipper on lower side (for ease in maintaince cleaning). The back of the sofa shall be made up of frame work of Hollock/Mirandi wood with covering of Flexi Polyurethane foam(Sleepwell/ Kurlon make) so as to form a thickness of not more than 8” duly covered with foam on all sides of back rest and side hand rest and finished with A- class Molfino fabric (Ddecor or equivalent make)(color and texture as approved by architect). All the teak wood/ any other wood used shall be well seasoned and free from knots and any other defects.
