Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out hard/densesoil.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning ,fillling in trenches,spreading ,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material/ surplus soil and depositing where directed at a distence not exceeding 50mtr.at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr from strting point.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply lay/spread in trenches, river sand ,clean ,including spreading ,levelling ,punning for laying /cushioning of cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply lay in trenches fly ash bricks, old size sub class “B” for cable protection.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, lay in trenches, floors ,fix on wall/pole, passing through pipes etc.,LT UG cable , 1100 volts grade, PVC/ XLPE insulated , with multistranded aluminium conductors, armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape , of following nominal cross sections, confirming to IS specifications :-

(a) 3.5 Core Core 95 Sq.mm

(b) 3.5 Core Core 35 Sq.mm

(c) 2.0 core 16 sq mm

Supply and fix on pole / wall or lay in trenches under road / drain crossings etc., for drawing cables, GI pipe light grade , ISI marked ,of following sizes including necessery pipe ,fittings ,clamps, bolts , nuts etc., all as specified and as directed :-

(a) 50 mm bore dia

M & L for cutting exisitng bitumenous road surfaces not more than 150 mm thick, removing for laying of pipes/cables, making good with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 20 mm graded aggregate to match with the adjustant surface. Note Excavation and earth work below 150 mm thick will be measured and paid under relevent items.

Supply & fix in repair MCCB 100 Amps 4 Pole, 50 Hz, 415 V C Frame with ruptruing capacity 35 KA with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fix in repair MCB 40 TO 100 Amps 4 Pole, 50 Hz, 415 V C Frame with ruptruing capacity 35 KA with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fix in repair MCB 63 Amps 2 Pole, 50 Hz, 415 V C Frame with ruptruing capacity 35 KA with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fix in repair MCB 6 to 32 Amps 2 Pole, 50 Hz, 415 V C Frame with ruptruing capacity 35 KA with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and sheet metal enclouser for DB double door SPN DB 8 way complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair sheet metal enclouser for DB double door TPN DB 4 way complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Galvanised stay strand (Grade 2), size 7/4.0 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for LT Panel boards double feeder ,outdoor type 3.15 mm thick sheet weather proof connecting electrical connections from site after the entire panel to accommadate the under mentioned items as suitable for 415 volt, 3 PH, 4 wire, 50 HZ, AC supply system having bus bars chamber with anodised aluminium bus bars duly insulated by insulation of RYB colour 400 Amps rating mounted on porcelain insulators and mounting upon angle iron stand made out of angle size 40 X 40 X 6 mm grouted in PCC 1:3:6, and luging the existing cable after cutting and gland to incoming and outgoing cables and spreader & seperator for MCCBs including re-routing of LT cables within 10 M of distances etc all as directed at site. Made All connection and fixing Incoming and out gooing MCCB at Pannel board and connect incoming and outgoing XLPE cable connection.all as directed by Engineer in charge. Supplying and fixing 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated alluminium stranded conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 meter apart incl 4mm suspension wire twin core cable flat 16mm square complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Electrical Earthing complete with GI plate Electrode of size 60 Cm X 60 Cm X 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr. below normal ground level, with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr. below normal ground level , connected to Aluminum strip of size 25 X 3 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron , earth lead strip protected by means of 32 mm bore dia light grade GI pipe up to switch board / panel board , all as specified and shown in MES schedule Electrical Plate No:-5 of SSR Part I, including excavation and earth work in any type of siol , PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type C1 in chamber , RCC 1:2:4 type C1 40 mmthick cover slab with 6 mm dia MS bars at 100 mm centre to centre both ways,with 6 mm dia MS hook, Charcoal dust, salt , funnel for watering complete and testing the Earth resistence and writing on the chamber by paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of steel tubular pole 9 m height with 2 coat of primer and one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix line seperator for LT supply line conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Streching and tightening of LT conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
