Supply, installation, testing and commissioning LED street light fitting including driver with energy saving and enviornmental friendly made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED 70 Watt as lighting conforming to IS-10322 (Part 5/Section 3) 2012 and lens embedded PC cover having TOP Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and IK07 with 10KV inbuilt Surge protection device & including three core copper wire 1.5 Sqmm PVC sheathed, insulation tape, screw, clamps, nuts and bolts for fixing of street light complete.

M&L factory made Steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws, type 410 SP-31 (9.00 metres long) confirming to IS 2713 & erected true vertical position duly factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embeded portion and applying two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on remaining exposed surfaces after errection & painting with synthetic enamel paint of colours black and yellow alternate strips of 30cm width upto 1.5 mtr from the top of coping including making suitable holes where required & Pole cap 0.30 m long externally fitted on pole top duly welded all as shown on TD drawing complete. Note : Excavation & earth work & PCC work shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in sub base for pole complete.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling around pole complete.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in coping 500mm high & tapered half of hieght complete.

S&F Polystyrene body size 155 x 210 x 92mm, IP 66 cable junction box with connector metric knock outs on all sides for cable entry including cable glands, 16 Sqmm Elemex Connector including suitable clamp for junction box all connections & similar to cat no KF 1600G of Make Hensel type complete.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16Sqmm 4 Core complete

S&F Pole cap 0.30 m long externally fitted on pole top duly welded with two light grade ISI marked 40mm dia bore GI pipe bracket 2.0 m long for mounting street light fitting complete.

S&F PVC insulated & sheathed, multistranded copper conductor industrial cable 1.5 sqmm three core 1100 volt connection from Junction box to street light fitting complete.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth for for foundation, etc. n.exc 10 sq mtr on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5mtr wide and exc 1.5 mtr & n. exc. 3.00mtr in depth for for foundation, etc. n.exc 10 sq mtr on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete.

Returing filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete.

M&L for Sub Class 'B' bricks old size, laid dry flat over the cable abutting each other, length of cable equal to width of brick all as required as in protection of cable complete.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable complete.

S&F of LED post top lantern energy saving with symmetrical light distribution, spun aluminium canopy with clear acrylic diffuser, high power LED 40 watt and fixing accessories & similar to LPTO 40 CDL of crompton make type complete.
