REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF CEILING FANS, EXHAUST FANS AND OTHER APPLIANCES ALONGWITH CERTAIN CONNECTED REPAIR WORKS AT AIR FORCE STATION JAMNAGAR UNDER GE(AF) JAMNAGAR NO.1

Taking down carefully ceiling fan / exhaust fan / pedestal fan / wall mounted fan by disconnecting electric connection for carrying out repairing such as rewinding, replacement of defective spare part, over hauling and painting etc as required and re-fixing the same in position after carrying out the repairs works, and connecting complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Repairing works such as rewinding, replacement of defective spare part, connecting wire,Over hauling and painting etc will be measured & paid separately under subsequent items.

M & L for rewinding of ceiling fan of any make by dismantling the ceiling fan,removing shaft ,bearing and bushing, removing the burnt copper winding from the slots, cleaning slot, replacement of defective nuts, bolts and washer etc and rewinding of fan motor using appropriate gauge/size super enameled copper winding wire thermal class-E, including varnishing and reassembling.Providing two core copper cable PVC insulated multistranded 0.5mm 30cm length for connection of fan from ceiling rose and testing of fan complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Rewinding should be carried out for the following size of ceiling fan

(a) 1200mm sweep

(b) 1400 mm sweep

M & L for rewinding of exhaust fan/flame proof exahust fan motor of any make by dismantling the exhaust fan,removing shaft ,bearing and bushing, removing the burnt copper winding from the slots, cleaning slot, replacement of defective nuts, bolts and washer etc and rewinding of fan motor using appropriate gauge/size super enameled copper winding wire thermal class-E, including varnishing ,applying cotton tape and reassembling complete.Providing twin core copper cable 0.5mm 30cm length for connection and testing of fan complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Rewinding should be carried out for the following size of exhaust fan :-

(a) 450mm sweep

(b) 300mm sweep

(c ) 200mm sweep

M & L for rewinding of Pedestal fan motor of any make by dismantling the Pedestal fan,removing shaft ,bearing and bushing, removing the burnt copper winding from the slots, cleaning slot, replacement of defective nuts, bolts and washer etc and rewinding of fan motor using appropriate gauge/size super enameled copper winding wire thermal class-E, including varnishing ,applying cotton tape and reassembling complete.Testing of fan should be carried out to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. The size of pedestal fan for rewinding shall be as under

(a) 300 mm sweep.

(b) 450 mm sweep.

(c )600 mm sweep.

All as per item No 4 above but wall mounted fan / Air circulators of size 450 mm sweep.

Supply and fix in repair ball bearing set of two suitable for ceiling fan 1200 mm / 1400 mm sweep complete.

Supply and fix in repair Gun metal bush of any size suitable for ceiling fan of 1200 mm / 1400 mm sweep complete.

Supply and fix in repair Gun metal bush of any size suitable for exhaust fan 300 / 450 mm sweep.

Supply and fix in repair capacitor 2.5 MFD AC 230 Volt 50 HZ, for ceiling fans.

Supply and fix in repair capacitor 4 MFD AC 230 Volt 50 HZ, of exhaust / bracket fan any size.

Supply and fix in repair bolt, nuts, washer and split pin for the down rod of ceiling fan.

Supply and connection in repair PVC insulated, PVC sheathed three core copper conductor cable multi stranded of size 0.5 Sqmm for connecting of fan from ceiling rose complete.

Material and labour for painting of ceiling fan including blades by scrapping of old paint ,filling of cavities formed, preparation / cleaning of surface, making surface smooth and spray painting with one coat of white synthetic enameled paint of superior quality and writing MES /SM No with appropriate size letters using black paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of addressable fire alarm panel (ISI Marked) which consists of display board which will have 160 character display with touch key pad, mother board which will have CORTEX 32 Bit Processor, Inbuilt RS-485 Networking Circuit for peer to peer networking, Inbuilt USb 2.0 Port for upload and download the configurations tools, two inbuilt programmable inputs, two inbuilts NAC's, and three Programmable relays, and 4 loop cards circuits. Power supply Board which will have SMPS fully protected board, which it operates on 120 to 220V AC + 10% with 50/60Hz, battery backup 24V DC with built-in charger. The panel have IP-50 rating Optional: for BMS integration MODBUS converter, Graphical Software, Software for TCP/IP Module, provision for Auto dialler Approval UL listed.

Material and labour in replacement for provision of earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to galvanised mild steel strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20 mm bore galvanised iron medium grade and 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth strip protection including.....

.....all excavation, earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion.
