Replacement of unserviceable leg frames including four legs with 1st class H/W teak all as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for polishing and putty as required as per trade practice and apply good quality polish as approved in all exposed wooden surface up to the glossy finish shade as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable top table bedside MAP and S&F new top made of MDF board 18mm thick with plastic laminated sheet 1mm thick on one side of top 450x450mm. Complete all as per drawing and as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable drawer and S&F of new drawer made out of MDF board 18mm thick exterior grade laminated sheet 1mm thick complete with CP handle and side telescopic channel all as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable bottom drawer and S&F of new bottom drawer made out of MDF Pre-laminated board 18mm thick exterior grade complete all as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable back ply and S&F of new back made out of ply wood 6mm thick commercial all as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable side and S&F of new side made out of pre-laminated board 18mm thick (exterior grade) as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable bottom ply and S&F of new side made out of ply wood 6mm thick commercial as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable front legs of 18mm square conduit pipe & replacing the same as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable rear legs in 'U' shape 18mm square conduit as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable parts of Chair Dining Caushined as under replacing the same with new parts as per drgs and making functional.

Supply and fixing front leg made out of Sheesham wood well seasoned well seasoned made to shape duly wroughted, all as per drg after taking out old broken/cracked legs carefully, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of back lower stiffner in rear leg made out of Sheesham wood well seasoned well seasoned made to shape duly wroughted all as per drg after taking out old broken/cracked stiffener carefully, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cushion seat of size all as per drg 32 density covered with velvet cloth (As approved by Engr-in-Charge) duly stitched cost of cloth of seat shall not be less than Rs 175/- per mtr. Make of cushion shall be of Sleepwell, feather foam, fixed on 8mm commercial plywood complete all as per drg and as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Polishing to chair complete with French polish after filling the holes, cracks with putty and make the surface smooth with emery paper and applying raw/burnt saina to the surface direct to vision, complete all as per drawing and as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrge.

Chair PVC Moulded with arms cushioned (TP)

Taking out old unserviceable seat of chair and Supply and fixing of new seat cushioned (Red colour) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable back of chair and Supply and fixing of new back cushioned (Red colour) complete all as specified and directed.

Chair writing MAP (FD/E6/MAP- II/MAP/12)

Supply and fixing new sseat made of 12mm plywood over which 100mm foam cushion shall be fixed with adhesive. The foam and plywood shall also be covered with best quality tapestry cloth as approved by GE irrespective of what is shown on drg. The complete seat shall also be tighten on seat frame with 08 brass screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing new back made of 12mm plywood over which 75 mm foam cushion shall be fixed with adhesive. The foam and plywood shall also be covered with best quality tapestry cloths as approved by GE irrespective of what is shown on drg. The complete back shall also be tighten on back frame with 04 brass screws complete all as specified and directed.

Chair revolving executive type (TP)

Replacement of pedestal assembly of chairs revolving same as in existing chair complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of new arms with polyurethane reinforced with MS insert arms same as in existing chair complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the old torn/damaged tapestry cloth from the seat of the chair and providing the same with tapestry over a layer of foam (75 mm thick, 40 density same as in existing chair complete all as specified and directed.

Sofa Set 5 Seater (Trade pattern) Repair/replacement of old unserviceable tapestry cloths, dasootie colths, hession cloth, old u/s cushioned, spring, doori, white foam seat cushioned, wooden frame work and replacing the same with new tapestry cloth, dasootie colths, hession cloth, faom cushioned 4'' thick of 32 density ( make of foam cushioned shall be kurlon/sleepwell ) wooden frame work long/short rails, spring etc. Tapestry cloth shall be used of best quality not less than Rs. 300 per mtr as appd by GE.
