Note : The contractor shall carry out the repair/ replacement work under this Schedule ‘A’ in such a manner that daily working of running RO Plant installation shall not hamper. In case of installation shut down by contractor for more than 12 hours on any day, he shall provide 4000 litre RO Plant treated water on that day to the users at the distribution point under his own arrangements & cost from other sources. The decision of GE shall be final & binding in this regard.

Dismantling and taking down old Multi Grade Filter vessel and Supply, install, commissioning and testing of Multi Grade Filter vessel alongwith 65mm dia distribution system with drain plug, in/ out and over flow outlet, air release valve, back wash connections with required all necessary accessories for connecting to water pipe lines for facilitate to remove impurities by filling media filtration system of Multi Grade Filter complete all as directed including following specifications: - (i) Type - Vertical Pressure Vessel with frontal piping and MPV (Multi Purpose Valve) (ii) M.O.C. - F.R.P. (iii) Size - 48" x 72" (iv) Operating Flow Rate - 14.3 m³/hr (v) Operating Pressure - 3.5 kg/cm² (vi) Filter Media - Holding capacity of Silica Quartz Sand/ pebble/ glass media approx 1500 kg (vii) Service Cycle - Whenever pressure drop across unit exceeds 0.8 kg/cm² Note:- Filter media shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. Dismantling of existing any type & any capacity water storage tank fixed in any description and S&F new 10000 litres capacity (white colour) rotational moulded polythene water storage tank, (cylindrical vertical with close top) triple layer colour white both inside and outside with top cover hoisted and fixed in position where ordered and making necessary connections for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed.

M&L for Glow sign board of size 2.50m x 1.00m x 0.15m, out door type, totally enclosed with locking arrangement, front side made of 3mm thick milky white / coloured acrylic sheet with letters/matter/logo/sign by overlay colour film (colour as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) pasted over sheet, all other box work made out of 22 gauge thick galvanized iron sheet and 40mm x 40mm x 5mm MS angle iron frame work, with & including suitable LED light fittings 1x10 watt - 2 Nos, prewired, with & including all standard accessories as per standard trade practice including making electric connections with suitable size multistranded copper conductor cable, including two coats of synthetic enamel painting of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer after preparation of steel surfaces of MS frame work, fixed on Padestal/wall/Gate placed over parapet/chajja etc or other location by grouting/placing appropriately as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Letters/matter/logo/sign etc for sign board shall be given by the Engineer-in-Charge as per location of sign board. The lettering font & style, lightning work, etc shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 10mm thick chequered type insulating electrical rubber mat of size 4 x 8 ft (ISI Marked) complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 2mm thick Linoleum, plain coloured, sealed down with approved adhesive in floors including stretching, cutting and fitting complete all as specified & as directed.
