M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of any thickness laid over RCC/Roof chajja cleaning and washing of roof with water to remove dust etc as preparation to receive treatment, brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, mouls, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-0, (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding and levelling coarse laid to min conslolidated thickness of 50 mm (at ridge pt) laid to slope over the existing roof slab over a coat of cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm mixed with WPC complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- WPC will be measured & paid separately.)

M&L for plastering 10mm thick on concrete surface in CM 1:3, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including mixing only liquid water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- WPC will be measured & paid separately.)

Supply only liquid water proofing chemical @ 200ml/Bag of cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof and priming the surface with one coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm conforming to IS : 3384 and applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3mm thick weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) and upper side of membrane thermally insulated with white gravel finish uniformly embedded during manufacturing process. It shall be laid by torch application having side over lap 75 mm and at the end 100 mm, all overlaps and joints shall be sealed by torch application, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: (i) Coved fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and there-after surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, [email protected] Kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.40 Kg/sqm. Note Continue below:-

(ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 45cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick / stone masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iv) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mmx25mm(minimuim) shall be made in coved fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty Chimny/other vertical surfaces and polimeric membrane insterted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen. (v) Above aspects are deemed to be included in quoted rate. (vii) The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps & portion inserted in groove which shall be deemed included in the quoted rates.)

Disconnecting existing tank of capacity exc 250 ltrs but n exc 500 ltrs setting aside or lowering if required for cleaning and reconnecting or refixing in same position or other position, including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from the mouths of circulating pipes etc all complete and all as specified .

Dismantling water tanks exc 250 ltrs & n exc 500 ltrs and removing to store complete all as directed.

S&F 300 litres capacity triple layer, any coloured rotational molded, polythene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed on roof in position, including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 500 litres capacity triple layer, any coloured rotational molded, polythene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed on roof in position, including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 25mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm dia steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store

S&F 20mm dia of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 20 mm size Gun-metal, globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed in repair and complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for Framed work such as Chhaja frame , grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over surfaces walls/fins/facia/soffit etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Quoted rate deemed to carryout wk at height upto 8.00 m)

Taking up and down 25 mm dia steel water tubing, medium grade including necessary fittings such as GI bends, TEE,union, valve on wall floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix / laid in walls and ceilings or laid in floors 25 mm bore galvanised steel water tubing, medium grade including necessary fittings such as GI bends / elbow, tee, union etc complete and connecting to water supply pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying pipe line etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick using suitable excavated soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old submain wiring along with conduit or casing caping complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with 2 run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 2.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant, low smoke (FRLS) drawn through and including PVC Conduit pipe non metallic rigid of heavy duty (ISI marked) of not less than 25mm dia with all necessary fitting and including one run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 2.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant low smoke as earth wire, fixed on wall / ceiling complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: 2 Runs of main cable and one run earth wire with conduit will be measured as one RM for payment.)

Taking down solar water heater along with PVC tank and stand of any capacity with all accessories and shifting to MES store and refixing it with necessary connections at same location after completion of necessary civil works.
