Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm & n.exc 50 mm deep complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repair to pot holes area n exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 30 mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat with bitumen macadam of grade VG 10@ 5 kg/ 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bitumen of grade VG 30 well rammed, sealed with binder @ 9.8 Kg/10 Sqm blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping of 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipps), depth of pot holes exc 30 mm , rolled with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a primer/tack coat with paving bitumen grade VG-30 @ 5Kg/10sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid and rolled to required gradient, camber and super elevation (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less ) with 8 to 10 tonne power roller / vibratory roller, with using binder content 4% by weight of total mix using Viscosity Grade Bitumen VG -30, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Mix shall be obtained from automatic hot mix plant and shall be spread by mechanical paver).

M&L for providing bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, 30 mm consolidated thickness using Viscosity Grade Bitumen VG-30, rolled to required camber, gradient and super elevation with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, mixed in hot mix plant and spread with mechanical paver, complete all as specified and directed. (Notes : (i) The mix design shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE before commencement of work. (ii) In the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of binder content on minus side, the difference in quantity of binder content will be adjusted through supply only rate at market rate or procurment rate whichever is more for paving bitumen VG-30. However no plus adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used/approved in the execution of work under this item.

M & L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2mm thick single coat as in center line and edge line zebra crossing, stop lines etc, road marking of 150/100mm width using "HOT Mark" thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white or yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, titanium diaxide, calcium carbonate, inter filler etc, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be as per the table No 8004 of most specification conforming to BS-6086 OF MOST specification including spraying of glass beads @ 300 Gms/Sqm etc all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.

S&F in repair Road Stud (Cat Eye) of size100x90x18 mm body made of ABS body dynamically desgined very high impact strength non breakable polycarbonate with electronically welded prismatic retro- reflective lense on both sides for maximum retro-reflection in wet and dry condition. Body shall be dust proof. I .e non dust accumulation on lense and space shall be built for finger grip, including fixing with bitumen adheshive BT-69 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in Ground floors and paving n.exe 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) and including removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in over rammed earth or as in sub base o to recive floor and other similar location complete all as specified and directed

M&L rubber moulded (coloured glossy finish) factory made with vibratory table method,precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness , M-40 grade (ISI Marked ), including and over 25 mm thick sand cushioning for laying of inter locking tiles (paving blocks) complete all as specified and directed (Note : Design/shade of rubber moulded precast concrete Paver block shall be as approved by GE/Engr-In-Charge.

M&L rubber moulded (coloured glossy finish) factory made with vibratory table method,precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness , M-35 grade (ISI Marked ), including and over 25 mm thick sand cushioning for laying of inter locking tiles (paving blocks) complete all as specified and directed (Note : Design/shade of rubber moulded precast concrete Paver block shall be as approved by GE/Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb/coping and other similar work including necessary form work and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating,complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in Ground floors and paving n.exe 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) and including removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast Cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in kerb stone and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including necessary formwork as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete wallssurfaces in CM 1:4 finished to even & fair without using extra cement.Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge .

M&L for PCC precast type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate crushed type) as in landing cover slab ( for manholes) chullah hoods, chajjas, water trought shelves and similar article set and fixed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Re-Fixing 60 /80 mm thick precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size over and including and over 25 mm thick sand cushioning for laying of inter locking tiles (paving blocks) including one coat of Lecqure polish after proper cleaning of paver with wire brush & water and as directed by engineerin charge complete all as specified and directed
